| Title: Battlestar Galactica (2003) Medium: TV Series Actress: Kate Vernon Description: Episode: "Final Cut" (2.8) About 45' in, Colonel Tigh discovers his wife Ellen (Vernon) lying on the floor of his stateroom, bound hand and foot (wrists behind back) and gagged with duct tape wrapped tightly around her head. The scene, just before the ad break, is quick. Shortly after the break, around the 50' mark, Tigh is threatened at gunpoint by a soldier distraught over his superior's actions. There are intercuts, including some closeups, of Ellen struggling and mmpphhing. Tigh manages to talk the soldier out of fragging him, and as he's led away, the colonel frees his wife. This second part lasts about two minutes, and the total scene length is around 3mins. Ms. Vernon looks quite lovely in her all-pink outfit consisting of a chemise top and flouncy miniskirt with heeled sandals. |
