A flashback at 20min (no ads) shows her being taken out of the back of a car. Her hands are tied in front of her and she is gagged with a yellow cleave. Her attacker drops her off of a bridge into the water below. At 60min, a longer flashback starts as Kate takes the witness stand. It shows the attack in her bedroom. After being raped, her attacker rips her yellow dress to get the bindings for her gag and wrists. There is a longer sequence of her in the back of the car, including cowering down out of sight when a cop pulls the car over.
