She's then shown bound and overgagged (a stocking over her mouth with another as packing) in her bathroom as he lays in wait for his intended victim. There are dramatic reaction shots of her as the trap unfolds. |

Record number: 15208 Title: Burn Notice Medium: TV Series Actress: Gabrielle Anwar; Laura Regan Description: Episode: Where There's Smoke (4x08) The gang is guarding a wife during a party, but the plan goes bad. The wife, played by Larua Regan, is chloroformed and carried out. Gabrielle starts crying to the kidnappers that her husband is rich to trick them into taking her along. The scam works, and she is chlorophormed and carrie off also. They are then displayed via webcam to the woman's husband and the hero. Both Anwar and the wife are thickly cleave gagged with white cloth and tied to chairs. There are many closeups and the scene switches back and forth from webcam to live shots. Laura has her gag taken out and put back in. Anwar's character blinks out a message in morse code above her gag, giving the hero a hint to her location. Anwar is then left handcuffed to a chair, from which she easily escapes. Laura is taken to a ransom drop at the beach, still gagged, but untied. She spends some time standing meekly with the gag in her mouth, which she could easily remove at any time. |

To this end, he kidnaps Kristin, and duct tapes her to a canvas chair. Her hands are taped in front, and a length of tape pins her shoulders to the chair. Her ankles are taped and she's gagged with a strip of tape for good measure. Unusual ending, but I won't spoil it for you. The action begins around the last ten minutes, and goes 'til nearly the end. IMO a top drawer scene, with a well-sealed tape gag. |
