Record number: 14987 Title: The Golden Idol (1954) Medium: Movie Actress: Anne Kimbell Description: Prince Ali, an American confederate and their Arab henchmen capture Bomba the Jungle Boy and his friends. They wish to force Bomba to reveal the location of the titular statuette so they can sell it on the black market. Bomba refuses, of course, so the Arabs decide to force him to produce the idol. Knowing the Jungle Boy would never crack under torture, they take a different tack and force him to watch as they cause his friends a great deal of pain. With Bomba securely roped and gagged, the Arabs string up Karen Marsh (Kimbell) by her thumbs. Fortunately Bomba soon relents and agrees to Prince Ali's demands and Karen is released from her torment. Ali orders the rest of Bomba's party to securely bound pending his return. Alas, all we see of this portion of Karne's bondage is after another member of her party slips his ropes. We see her rubbing her wrists while her friend unties her ankles. Karen is probably the prettiest and youngest archeologist you'll ever see in motion pictures. She's wearing a white blouse, light-colored jodhpurs and boots for her bondage scenes. |

A trio of thieves plot to steal $50,000 from a specially built stagecoach. As part of a plan, they decide to use Milly Scott's general store as their base of operations. Milly (Taylor) is first handgagged in her store at the four and seven minute marks (no commericals), then bound and detective gagged (over her hair) with a bandanna. She is secluded in a storeroom on the premises, along with Lucas' son Mark. Lengthy, with a good amount of struggling as the two try to free themselves. The bondage scenes start at the 17 minute mark and last about six minutes. Mark spits out a wadding when he pulls off his gag, but we don't see Milly remove her bandanna muzzle, unfortunately. |

Record number: 286 Title: Three Days Of The Condor (1975) Medium: Movie Actress: Faye Dunaway Description: Tied up for a while and briefly gagged, in the middle half of the movie, with several pairs of stockings. Versions of the film usually aired on British TV are the same, but the first cut I ever saw (also on TV) had a scene in which Redford started by saying, "I need your car." He proceeded to tie her up against her protestations, and just before he gagged her, she said, "This is not fair!" There were several almost-closeups of her face being gagged and struggling as Redford left. The order of scenes is also changed in subsequent versions; the original sequence made the narrative much clearer. |

Record number: 847 Title: Thunderbolt and Lightfoot (1974) Medium: Movie Actress: Beth Howland, Leslie Oliver Description: At around the 105' mark in the 150' TBS airing of this film, Clint Eastwood and George Kennedy break into the home of a vault manager and his wife (Ms. Howland in an uncredited role). Eastwood binds the couple back-to-back, gagging her with white tape, while Kennedy happens upon their daughter having "relations" with a young man. They end up bound naked face-to-face and gagged with balls and tape, the ball gagging of the young woman is shown. Later, the hapless parents make their way to the daughter's room and discover the young'uns in their predicament (this is when we first see them bound, the earlier scene only showed the daughter's ballgagging, IIRC). Caveat: All footage of the daughter is missing from the TBS airing, save a quick ungagged head-and-shoulders shot. |

Record number: 13450 Title: Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008) Medium: Movie Actress: Karen Allen Description: Karen Allen reprises her role as Marion Ravenwood from the 1st movie Raiders of the Lost Ark. Obviously, she's 25 years older now, but still very pretty. The scene is deliberately very similar to the first one. Marion & Indy are captured by the bad guys and have their hands tied behind their backs (never shown) and they begin arguing, loudly. The guard finally has enough and when Marion ignores his demands to shut up, he gets a cloth and cleave gags her onscreen. Marion continues to argue as she is being gagged, almost not even paying attention to the guard at all. As we can make out most of what she's saying, it shows how ineffective cleave gags are. The guard may have the same fate in mind for Indy, but doesn't get the chance. Marion is ungagged onscreen in the next scene. Good lighting, close up shot. |

She is lying on the floor, and appears to be in a closet. Her hands are tied behind her and her ankles appear tied as well. She squirms deliciously in her jeans and bra. 99 minutes in, she is shown on a cell-phone-like image, her wrists tied tightly to the arms of a chair, and her ankles tied to the legs. She is gagged tightly with a cleave gag. Unfortunately it's a blink and miss, B&W scene. Both scenes, while decently lighted, are short. |
