Record number: 15700 Title: The Eves (2011) Medium: Movie Actress: Corrie Loftin; Cathy Baron; Amelia Meyers Description: Thriller; with the usual group of teens venturing into the woods, and running into a maniacal killer. In this case, the carnage begins approx. 1:23:00 into the movie (broadcast version, including commercials). With the teens locked in a dark house, and a killer prowling through looking for them, Cathy and Amelia sneak out to a pickup truck which is running outside. Opening the door allows Corrie, who had been leaning against the driver’s door, to fall back. She is gagged with duct tape, and is crying hysterically. Cathy & Amelia push her back over to the passenger seat without freeing her and try to decide what to do next. Finally peeling the tape off of Corrie’s mouth, they are still discussing their next move when the truck is rear ended. Fading back in at 1:37:00, Corrie is on her knees, ungagged but still tied, with a male companion. Cathy and Amelia are laying in the truck’s flatbed watching, with their wrists taped in front, ankles taped, and mouth’s taped with duct tape. A male friend is in the truck bed with them, tied but not gagged. Corrie and the guy with her meet a bloody end, and the guy in the back of the truck is pulled out to be next. Cathy manages to cut herself free and release Amelia. Pretty girls, and the scene is nicely lit. A very annoying distraction is that they have their hands taped in front of them, and are holding their arms against their bodies, probably to appear helpless. The posture tends to make Cathy and Amelia resemble fish flopping around on the bottom of a boat. Attire: Corrie wears a blouse and daisy dukes; Cathy a flowered sundress and Amelia a denim miniskirt. |

(1990) Medium: Movie Actress: Crystal Carson, Unknown Description: Towards the end of this campy horror film, there's fairly lengthy scene where Kennedi Johnson (Carson), a cute blonde scientist, ends up bound and gagged. The scene starts with a talk show holding up a new video one of the guest is plugging, "The Hostage Diet: How to Beat the Cravings" The photo on video box cover is a close-up of pretty bound and gagged woman (Unknown name). The camera slowly pans across the set to Kennedi, who sits on a sofa detective gagged with a black cloth with ropes wrapped around her torso, while the talk show host (John Astin) says, "Our other guest is a current hostage. We're not going to reveal her name to you right now; we'll see if you can guess who she is by the end of the program. There's a great reaction shot by Kennedi at the conclusion of this speech. Later, the villain transports her on a huge spatula attached to a forklift. Kennedi is still bound and gagged, and we now see in addition to the ropes wrapped around her body that her wrists tied in front with a black cloth. She mmmphs deliciously as she struggles to free herself, her untied feet fluttering helplessly. She's dumped on on an altar consisting of a bed of giant leafy vegetables while the vilain dusts her with salt and pepper from huge shakers which cause her to spasm with comic sneezes. Very cute scene lasting about a minute in toto. Kennedi wears a fetching red dress, cut above the knee. |
