Record number: 11231 Title: Hostage (2005) Medium: Movie Actress: Serena Scott Thomas, Michelle Horn, Rumer Willis Description: The first scene occurs early in the movie and it's of the blink-and-you-missed-it variety. A woman who was being held hostage by her crazed husband (or boyfriend) is found by Bruce Willis tied in the corner with a rag shoved in her mouth. She' already been killed. There's another scene later in the movie where Michelle Horn is bound with packing tape back-to-back with her little brother. She's not gagged in this one. In between, we see the brief shot of Willis' wife and daughter bound and cleave-gagged in the back of a van. The kidnappers send him a polaroid of the two gagged which is shown a few times in the movie. Later, after unsuccessfully trying to free themselves, Michelle's bound to a lawn chair and gagged with white tape. The scene's not that long, but there is a brief close-up of her gagged. Later in the movie, she's bound spread-eagled (clothed) on her bed. Towards the end, Bruce's wife and daughter are shown tied-up with sacks over their heads. There apparently gagged because you hear the "mmmmphing!", but it's not shown. |

Record number: 11310 Title: Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous (2005) Medium: Movie Actress: Heather Burns Description: Cheryl (Heather Burns), Miss USA is kidnaped for ransom in this second installment of Miss Congeniality. She is seen at various times during the movie with loose “tongue-in-cheek” type of bondage. First she is seen in the back of a pick up truck covered with a canvas. She is lying next to William Shatner (the Miss USA MC). When uncovered they are wearing a cleaved gags. Subsequently she is seen tied to a chair with her arms behind and the wrists bound to the back of the chair. She can stand up and move around carrying the chair. At the climax of the movies she and Shatner are tied to individual posts inside the pirate ship from the Las Vegas Hotel where they will drown. Her hands are tied behind and she again is wearing a simple cleaved gag.. Gracie (Sandra Bullock) comes to the rescue. She has to dive under the raising water to untie her wrists. There are good close ups of the ropes around Cheryl’s wrists. Burn's character is wearing a light blue knee length dress |

About 4 minutes later we see Ruth in a very brief scene, gagged with a very snug black over the mouth, possibly a stocking. She is shown in profile. Next time we see her, the gag is gone, and we now see that she is bound wrists over her head to some stairs, where she remains until the inevitable rescue. |

| A heads up for this one: The issue of "Entertainment Weekly" dated Jan. 27 has a still photo for this movie on page 77. It shows Doris Chillcott [...she's no ingenue, but...] getting a thorough handgag from the lead villain. Obviously, I have no more details, but the theme of the movie would seem to hint at additional DiD scenes.

There is lots of struggling and mmmmphing. She is dressed in sweater and pants. About five minutes later she is seen as a captive in a remote cabin. She is in a chair, her hands tied to the armrests, and tightly cleave-gagged with white cloth. Some one-way dialog from her captor. Later, the villains try to drug her, so they release one of her arms, holding it and hand-gagging her for the injection. At around the 45 minute mark, they put her in the back of an SUV. She is unconscious, lying on the floor, hands tied behind her back. The villain try to escape but they crash the SUV. She is rescued from the back of the SUV shortly afterwards. |
