Record number: 10206 Title: Ella Enchanted (2004) Medium: Movie Actress: Anne Hathaway Description: There are couple of scenes worth mentioning in this cute fairy tale film. The first scene comes early when Ella (Hathaway) is handgagged by the future Prince (Hugh Dancy). The scene lasts a couple of seconds with one or two good closeups of her face. The second scene comes a little bit later when Miss Hathaway is arrested in the town market for stealing. The scene is only about a second or two in length but it's a good closeup of her hands. The third scene is a good one. Some large ogres capture Ella decide to cook her for their dinner. (The film's best line occurs at this point. When the ogres' leader asks Ella "How would you like to be eaten? Baked? Broiled?" she replies "How about free range?") They slowly lower her into a big cooking pot with her hands tied in front of her with more rope around her waist. Her feet are also tied together with the same rope. The Prince then comes to rescue her and cuts her down. There is a good closeup of her tied hands as she falls to the ground. She then is able to untie her self and help in the fight that has broken out. The last scene comes towards the end when Ella orders an elf to chain her to a tree. This scene lasts about a minute or so before the elf takes off and the scene ends. A couple of minutes later we return to Anne still chained to the tree. This scene lasts a couple more minutes and she is then set free. |

She is taken from the room where her kids are to an underground vault. She isn't gaggged and her legs aren't tied but there are a few decent midrange shots of her bound hands. She wears a tailored jacket with slacks. Zoe (Brittany Snow) and Lulu (Morgan York) are bound back to back and over the mouth gagged with black cloths. Their hands are tied behind them and their ankles are tied with black rope. Guy alert. Zoe wears a miniskirt and flat pumps. It’s a fairly quick scene but there are a few really good shots of her emoting with her gagged face and her tied ankles are seen a few times. There is one close up of her tied hands as she frees them. The scenes occur from approximately 1:15 to 1:22. The tone is lighthearted but thrilling. A++ IMHO |

She is barefoot. Soon after she has a white cloth stuffed in her mouth (just a stuff gag, no cleave gag keeping it in). She stays this way pretty much for the rest of the movie. Be warned that towards the end, she is briefly joined by a guy in the same predicament. That said, there's good struggling, great moaning through her gag, and a good amount of closeups and screen time. |
