I think it's from this episode of Renegade:

Title: Renegade (1997)
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Sandra Dee Robinson aka Sandra Ferguson aka Sandra Fergeson aka Sandra Reinhardt aka Sandra Robinson

Description: Episode: "SWM Seeks Vctm" (5.15)

Ferguson, the lovely blonde sidekick of Reno and Bobbie (she took the place of Kathleen Kinmont) got the full treatment once in an episode about a lovesick psycho. She goes undercover to find him, but is chloroformed and wakes up sitting on a chair, her hands tied behind her back and gagged with a black silk scarf between her teeth (it's a bit of a loosie, so she really has to chew on it). Gag is taken off for dinner, though she's not very hungry.

"I didin't quiet catch that" scenes
Best scenes that comes to mind where the damsel tries to talk through her gag and her captor taunts her by saying phrases like "I didin't quiet catch that" or something similar...??

Not from a captor, but I got quite a laugh from the "Twin Peaks" ep where Madchen Amick was B&G, desperate for help, and Piper Laurie's character said something like "I can't understand you - you've got a thing in your mouth."

Somewhat surprisingly, nearly all the B&g scenes with those kind of phrases were uttered by a rescuer, rather than the captor.

However, one Captor example was Cameron Diaz in "A Life Less Ordinary" (1997) during the comic Blackjack game, where she keeps being dealt additional cards even though she obviously wants to stand.

Not Nancy Drew, but something similar was in one of the comics (or "graphic novels" I guess, since they were larger and longer) of a series about "Yoko Tsuno." She was of Japanese descent and worked for a TV network or station on "weird phenomenom" stories. Same basic situation as Nancy, as she was often snooping around in dangerous places. If her age was ever given I missed it, but although she looked very young she was old enough to drive and work. It was originally printed in France, but some of the stories were translated and published by Cinebook Ltd. One of them, #3, entitled "The Prey and the Ghost" had her on the cover bound hands behind and gagged OTM. She was in that predicament for about three pages in the story, and got chloroformed while B&G so one of the villains could remove the restraints and gag and make her death look accidental. (She was saved, of course.) Another woman in the story was also tied, but not gagged. Anyway, it was a decent entry in a subset of the "teen sleuth" genre. Not sure whether there were "scenes" in any of her other adventures.

Can't remember movie title
I'm trying to remember the name of a movie with a scene in which I believe the main character's girlfriend is being held captive in a cabin. She's sat on a couch bound and gagged with I think black tape. Unfortunately she is shot in the head on screen but that's one of the only other identifying details of the scene I can remember. For some reason I want to say the movie's title is something like "The Recruit" or something similar to it. Any help would be appreciated.

The Christmas Thief
Reminder this is airing on Ion on Sunday night. Michelle Borth stars as a private eye. No word or indicator of possible scenes for her, but it's a possibility and hopefully something good pans out in terms of DID action.

It's just her hands tied behind her back to a chair

Re: The Christmas Thief
Looking at the Twitter trailer, the bound woman's hands are definitely Michelle's. Looks like she has her hands tied behind her back with rope. Now whether she gets gagged remains to be seen. Sure hope she gets a good duct tape gag.
