| It's interesting given the heavy BDSM imagery and elements of the series that this was the only DID scene in the entire series, barring the brief bit in the fourth film (Bloodline) where Valentina Vargas is ensnared in chains and dragged along the ground. |

| What are some instances of good bondage related dialogue that didn’t result in a scene? I’m thinking lines like “If you don’t trust me, you can tie me up” in Total Recall (1990). [Reposted from the "Video Page"] ~~~~ My thought is Crime investigations, such as Jaclyn Smith in "Settle the Score" (1989) as the Chicago policewoman who returns to her small rural hometown, still haunted by the unknown man who raped her and left for dead two decades ago. The unique knotwork (which she needed help trying to reproduce) provides an important clue for the shocking ending on the serial killer's identity. |

| On the whole, things with the scripts seem to be back about where they were. The Search function and the service routines that I use are back to normal speed. The hosting company didn't find anything. We have discussed moving the site to a different host computer, but that can cause problems and I'd rather not. For now we are just monitoring things. What is still slow is getting several days of posts in the forum. I believe that it's largely is due to the number of image links and the processing that goes on with them to determine if they can be displayed inline. That's something I'm looking at. If you use the calendar links at the top (just display one day) then all of the images are just links that you'd have to open individually. But they are fast, so that's something you can try in the interim if loading is too slow. Someone named Zack contacted me about this, but the email address was bad so I couldn't reply directly. |
