I saw this movie during the 1980s. Aside from a hot blonde coed being chained in a swimsuit, this movie features no bondage whatsoever. An opportunity to gag the blonde was wasted.

Re: Biggest, tightest wraparound tape or OTM gags
I'm not big fan of wraparound gags but Missy Peregrym's and Sally Rogers' in 'The Bill' are just perfect.
The second one to watch those two onscreen re-gagging is just delicious.

You are misinformed. Season 3 was on TV, and there are entries in the database.

Anyone knows which episode of Despierta America were Karla Martinez and Ana Patricia gagged and bound?

DB # 16758

TV series: Rookie Blue Episode: "Surprises" (4.01)

Off. Andy McNally (Missy Peregrym) is working undercover. When a baddie smells a rat, he renders her unconscious with a fist blow to the back of her head.

She awakens in the rear of a delivery truck with her hands taped behind her back (no leg bindings). The same black tape is wound neatly (and tightly) over her mouth and long brunette hair. Excellent closeups of her gagged face and emoting eyes.

Yes, I remember it well. It was from a comedy show called "Comedy Break with Mack and Jamie". It was syndicated in the mid-80s, then shown on A&E Network, later. I saw it there in 1988. The opening of the show featured an all-female rock band named "Big Trouble" playing music. They also sometimes had bit parts in the skits.

The skit you are taking about was, as you recall, about a family of kidnappers. The bound and gagged victims were all female (as I remember it} and were played by the members of the aforementioned "Big Trouble".

At the beginning of the skit, the singer, guitarist, and drummer were shown bound and gagged in various positions around the family's living room. And yeah, the father was complaining about how the rest of the family wasn't doing a good job with their kidnappings, or something like that.

In comes the son (played by either Mack or Jamie) and he has got the band's bassist with him. She was a tall, thin, very attractive blonde with 1980's style spiky hair. Her hands were bound in front and her ankles were tied together, and she was gagged. As he walked toward the father she had to hop with him so he could show the father his latest victim. She was doing gag talk also, protesting her situation.

Haven't seen it since 1988. There are snippets of other episodes of the show on You-Tube, but none of this one, that I have ever seen. I've looked for it, since it was a great scene IMHO.

The band became recording artists. The hopping bassist was named Julia Farey. Some of their music videos are up on You-tube.

I think I had part of the skit on VHS at one time but it's long gone now. Would love to find it again.

Re: question of a scene
I remember this scene, but can't quite remember which show. I'm thinking maybe Mad TV or In Living Color.
