I'm seeing this movie in a couple days so I'll tell everyone the deets if someone else hasn't beaten me to it. :D Hey all! I saw this last night. Not my cup of tea at all, although the film itself was great, but let me explain the scene to everyone who is wondering. Claire Foy is captured towards the end of the movie by being trapped in a room where gas goes off. Men wish gas masks come in to grab her and she manages to knock one of them out and steal their gas maak, using it to fight with the other baddies in the smoke. Eventually, however, they gang up on her and her sister comes in, also wearing a gas mask, to remove Foy’s gas mask and tell her to breathe. Next scene she wakes up inside the vacuum seal. We see her face inside it first and then an outside view of her in it. The sister hits the vacuum button, removing all the air and sealing up Claire nice and tight. Again, doesn’t really do anything for me but I am sure lots of folks will be interested. Then the sister cuts a small little air hole so Vlaire can stay alive while she rants about villain stuff. The is a decent amount of mmmphjng from Claire, but without actually being about to see her face while mmphing, it again means nothing to me. Then the sister seals up the small air hole she made with candle wax and leaves her to struggle. After a bit, Foy manages to break free by flexing very hard and breaking through the leather. Vacuum seal. Also, earlier in the movie there is a very quick scene where she is captured for a first time and her hands are zip tied behind her back but she escapes pretty quickly. |

| Has this show really delivered no scenes in 5 seasons? Promo for this Wednesday offers some hope. One of the females appears to be held captive and might be tied up. Can't tell for sure but worth a look. |

Henson pretty weakly tied to a chair during one episode, there hasn’t been anything else. I’m sure there’s been a handcuff scene somewhere since everyone in he show is either a criminal or had dabbled in dubious activities but you can probably count out any (good) kidnapping storylines. This show is so horribly written and burns through what should be a few episodes worth of story in a single episode-something that doesn’t lend itself to storylines where someone needs to be held in one place for an extended amount of time. |
