Nothing in the premiere last Sunday, and nothing in the promo for this Sunday, 10 p.m. HBO.

Recording the series, with no idea when this will pop.

Batgirl in HD
For those so inclined ... the newly upgraded Batman scenes from the 60's TV show are going to be pleasantly received by fans of Yvonne Craig's Batgirl.

Shots that were previously throw-aways are now worth watching due to the improved level of detail you can see. Others that we all know and love are even better.

For example, you can see that Batgirl's gag is wet during the Pattern Cutter sequence on close-ups. I recall this discussion cropping up not too long ago - how great is it that you can now add this classic scene to the list?

Any cropping to 1:69? That would surely ruin things.

I've no idea what that means, my main. I'm assuming you're talking about reducing what's shown within the frame? If so, as far as I can tell it's fully preserved.

It looks there are black bars on the sides, but the aspect ratio doesn't really look like true 4:3 on a 16:9 frame. There seems to be some minimal cropping. Anyway, it doesn't look bad at all.
