| In the upcoming slasher film THE GIRL IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS, Katharine Isabelle (Hannibal, American Mary, Ginger Snaps) is abducted, bound hand and foot and gagged. She is wearing pajama pants and a short tank top, and is barefoot. Her gag is a very nice (and very rare) wraparound duct tape CLEAVE gag. Her scene is at the very beginning of the film, and - SPOILER ALERT - The scene does not end well for her. After her scene, there is nothing else in the film of interest (perhaps a hand gag for another actress, IIRC) |

I see there's already a lo-res clip up on YT from a few years ago, but I'll post an HD one on Video shortly. Genevieve Buechner gets chloroformed four, count 'em four times in this one. (That can't be healthy.) I'm trying to think of any other sequence with that many chloro scenes, let alone for the same damsel, and coming up empty. Anyone? |

There is a 1960s British TV episode or maybe B Movie, can't for the life of me recall the name offhand, wherein a kidnapped damsel is repeatedly chloroformed over the course of the story. As you rightly say, that isn't healthy and it ends very badly. Sticks in the mind because it was quite an edgy downer of an ending for a mainstream TV series of that era. Does anyone else recall this...? |

If it were me, and I wanted that kidney to still be working when I got it, I probably wouldn't go to town quite so much with the sleepy juice. Fortunately for all concerned, this is a LMN movie and doesn't need to give two shits about reality. |

| Tonight should have a brief tape gag scene for Itati Cantoral. It's the last episode for this Mexican telenovela, but in Mexico the airing was a couple hours and Univision is only giving it one hour, so I'm not sure how much will be edited out. Either way, a suspense scene, even one as brief as this one, will probably make the final cut over the substantial filler in the episode. Airs at 8 pm ET on Univision. |

It *is* a two-parter, but this week's episode ("XY") is from Rick Castle's POV, and next week's episode ("XX") will be the same story from Kate Beckett's POV. This week, Kate "disappears," and next week, we see what really happened. (That's what the spoiler sotes say, anyway.) Personally, I expect it all be fun to watch (I like Castle) but I don't expect any DiD action for Kate. *SPOILER ALERT* There *will* be an exciting Putz-in-Distress scene this week... for Castle. At least one Tarantula will be involved. {Sigh} |

Pretty sure it's only two scenes total, though I might be willing to count that amazing scene in the library twice. :) It's been ages since I watched the whole thing, but that's based on all the clips I have on hand, plus the DB (which we should update if there does turn out to be a third scene). |
