I don't know whether the title character in "The Most Dangerous Man Alive" really had a specific place to which he was going to take Debra Paget, but he ended up hauling her around in his car on two different days, and kept her at two different houses, one of them overnight.

This is a very plausible explanation. Why didn't I think of it myself? I'd totally forgotten about freight elevators, whose primary function is not to transport human passengers.
The beautiful Ellen Bry could've been bound and gagged inside a large wooden crate, possibly incapacitated with a sedative, and transported to a high floor via freight elevator. I pondered this question for decades, and now a simple and elegant answer has been presented.

Very true. Security was MUCH less stringent during the Seventies than it is nowadays. Video cameras and other surveillance equipment weren't ubiquitous. It most likely wouldn't have been too much trouble to sneak a damsel bound and gagged inside a large wooden crate into the Empire State Building during the Seventies, completely evading the notice of apathetic security guards.

Never heard of it, and no entry in Database. For those of us who aren't familiar with this movie.....full treatment scenes I take it? Don't wanna sit thru it (especially sitting thru Tubi's long commercial breaks!) if it's not FT scenes

All the ones I can think of got nipped in the bud before they got very far.
Phyllis Coates as Lois Lane was going to be flown from Metropolis to a criminal's cabin in an episode of "The Adventures of Superman," but after the B&G reporter was hustled onto the plane, the blue and red spoilsport showed up to prevent takeoff. Anne Francis as "Honey West" was B&G and put in a crate to be shipped out of the country, but the crate fell off the transporting truck and freed her with no injuries. (?!?)
Cute little taped-up ball Vanessa Marcil on "Las Vegas" was smuggled out of the casino onto a private jet by a creepy kidnapper, but when he partially freed her in flight, she managed to send him out of the plane through an emergency exit without a parachute.
And maybe the wildest one, Dorothy Provine was, while B&G, put into a capsule to be sent into space atop a rocket, but she escaped in some unseen and untold manner. (Again - ?!?)

Ms. Provine's scene was from "Kiss the Girls and Make Them Die."

I have a tubi account and just scanned through it. From what I can tell:

--Girl is bound hands behind back in a long white dress with bare feet tied as well. Doesn't appear super tight and she eventaully frees herself. Nice views of bare feet. When fried, you can see abrasions on wrists and ankles.

--She is cute, but she is bloodied up and doesn't look sexy

--No gag at all
