| Hello All and Attention to those in S/E Michigan. On Saturday, July 13 and Saturday July 20 the Snug Theater in Marine City, MI is hosting a festival of one-act plays. This is an intimate setting that only seats about 80-100 people and produces high quality community theater. I know on good authority that one of the plays being performed that night will be of interest to people here. This is because I wrote it. It is a comedy, titled “The Stop Smoking Technique,” that features everything one could hope for in community theater; a complete scene in a comedic setting with 2 females interacting with each other as the two leads of the play. I wrote it but am not directing it, so I cannot give you any information about the two ladies who will be featured. If this changes, I will let you know. Aside from it being sidesplittingly funny, (if I say so myself) the placement of the actors to the audience is within close proximity so one could conceivably record it or take stills. If it does get recorded by the theater I will post it if and when it becomes available. It’s a sure thing folks. I hope you can make it. She’s then tied spread eagled in van with small white stuff gag. Lengthy torture scene where she is gutted. Not a good gag and lighting is poor. Not sure of the actress ID. Female lead gets nothing. Too bad. She’s kinda a Michael Michele type in her Dangerous curves days. |

Similar set up as the other scene, she is grabbed and knocked out via injection then wakes up tied spread eagle on a table. Her assailant stuff gags her before starting to cut her up. Both scenes are pretty dimly lit and are kind of gory unfortunately. The other actress in the van is listed as Ashley London. She’s wearing a fetching white/gray blouse and skirt with heels. At about 1:15:00, Helena Mattson’s character does get the same injection knockout but she isn’t seen again until she is found dead at her desk. |
