I don't remember if there was a noteworthy scene, but there was definitely nothing like the one on the cover. |

There is a 1997 movie called Blast where the swim team is held hostage but I don't think anyone gets tied up. There's also a 2007 German show where the swim team gets held hostage and they do get tape over their mouths. |
