She makes a note of mentioning how hard she struggled to free herself and how tightly she was bound. |

Unfortunately iirc, it didn't happen on the TV show. They were B&G there, but not as cheerleaders. |

| I tried my best to read through the reactions of people who have seen the first episode of the new season. And unfortunately, from what I could make out, (MINOR SPOILER ALERT) Alicent Hightower is apparently NOT in the scene with Helaena during THAT major event. So it looks like the wait of 2 years and more ends in disappointment. Now i could be wrong and would be happy to be. There is someone on tiktok answering questions about the first episode if anyone wants to confirm directly! Username can be found on reddit. |

| From early previews it appears that the pesonages of Alicent and Rahenyra are the ones seeking peace the most, so it is a plausible editorial choice that Alicent does not witness the brutal scene involving her daughter and grandchildren. Damn. They always find a justification for not doing the female bondage scenes. Had there been an ungagged man they would have added the unnecessary gag just like that, just to make it on purpose, like in true detective 4 |

Preventing bondage scenes is a top priority for Hollywood studios. |

| Nothing in the film, sadly. Margaret Qualley gets injected with a sedative on her neck at one point, but nothing happens to her after she wakes up. Still should be a good scene for knockout/chloroform/sleepy etc. fans. |

| Disappointing there's nothing in this film; howeve, filming is getting underway on his next film - Bugonia. And if preliminary reports are correct, Emma Stone will be held captive throughout the film. Of course we won't see it till late 2025 at the earliest lol. |

| Not sure if Lanthimos is one of "us" per se. But he is certainly unafraid to showcase bondage scenes in his films as written in the scripts he adapts. So in that sense he's refreshing in this modern age :) |
