| For anyone who regularly watched UK TV back in 1997, see if I'm getting scene creep with this one: in this very gritty show, someone started wrapping duct tape around someone's feet onscreen, which may have led to a full B&G scene. Whether it was a damsel I don't remember, for the channel was quickly switched by the folks....D'ohh. |

I'd swear that late on in the "Band of Gold"/"Gold" series there was a scene wherein a pimp binds and gags one of his girls with duct/electrical tape in a derelict house so that some very nasty clients can do whatever they want with her. He leaves her alone and goes off to fetch said clients. Knowing that she is definitely about to be badly hurt or maybe even killed the desperate girl throws herself through a first floor window. Does this ring any bells? Incidentally. Had a look at the two "Band of Gold" entries in the database. As I recall Ruth Gemmell also had a scene wherein she was tied spread eagle on a bed and stuff gagged...? |

Interesting, and good to hear I wasn't totally imagining it. I've found vid links to all 3 seasons (very slow filehost, so it'll take days), so I'll be sure to check that 3rd season. I don't remember the show being called Band Of Gold -- just Gold -- so it's likely I only saw that scene in season 3 when it was named as such. Only 6 eps to check, so shouldn't be too hard. The dB entry for S02E01; 'Hustling' sounds great. I'll check that one out as well. |

| Hey you guys. Wondering if i can get any help in remembering this scene, its no where in the database and Im curious. I distinctly remember watching one of the last episodes of attack of the show, and it involved a montage of moments, and one of those moments had a split second shot of Sara Underwood tied in lassos, with a rag stuffed in her mouth. Im wondering if anyone has any ideas what episode this was, or if they can find it online, or anything. Thanks in advance. |
