| This entry is a duplicate of an earlier entry (post 11420). The new entry has quoted the correct episode title but the incorrect episode number - it should be 1.7 (like entry 11420), NOT 1.5.

| Since a clip of "Devil's Prey" has been recently posted on Raffish' site, it occurred to me that I've never seen the entire film (and given its "Rotten Tomatoes" awards, that's probably a good thing). So I'm interested in who that "unknown" is who shows up first in the film, and who is the focus of the entire clip.
The database has this to say: Record number: 6016 Title: Devil's Prey (2001) Medium: Movie Actress: Jennifer Lyons, Elena Lyons, Ashley Jones, Unknown "...The opening scene has a nice-looking blonde strapped to an upright table, cleave gagged, and wearing some strappy sandals (although no real good foot shots). She winds up naked except for a thong. She's about to be sacrificed, and so she does a lot of writhing. She's also very sweaty. The bad guys make some shallow incisions in her to drain blood from her, which may offend some....Fawn (Elena Lyons -- Jennifer's sister, I wonder?), the villianess of the piece, gets herself tightly cleave gagged during a sex romp with the villian. The cleave-gagged sex scenes are intercut with the cleave-gagged sacrifice scenes, for an interesting effect." Okay, then, so would this be the same actress in both the sex and sacrifice scenes? If so, then there's no unknown. I suggest this without having seen the film, so perhaps someone who has can help settle this. The IMdB doesn't list any other actress who might be in that sacrifice role, nor do any of the "fan" (and in this case I use that term very lightly) websites devoted to the film, as far as I can tell. So I'm suspicious about the "unknown" status. Anyone? |
