Thursday June 12 12:19:22 2008 [4398] Wicked, Wicked (1973) |
A little bit of clarification. The first scene is the one with Tiffany unconscious & the nice shots of her gagged face. She wakes up as the baddie is sharpening knives above her head. The next scene occurs just a few minutes later (so they could ALMOST be considered one scene), that's the one of her being talked to by the bad guy & she pulls down her gag & starts screaming. After all that is the scene with the unknown actress cleave gagged in the guillotine (in fact, Tiffany's screaming is mostly for him NOT to kill the guillotine lady...her pleas fail, obviouisly!) & the nice handgag to Ms. Bolling. |

I'm not following ??? {{{First of all, this entire movie is filmed in something called "Duo-Vision" i.e., split screen, and the version that aired on cable was adapted for TV, which means that each of the two screens were clipped off at one edge. so a closeup is no better than a medium shot in this film, and a medium shot is no better than a landscape.

First scene occurs in the last 15 minutes of this 90 minuite movie. It is a well lit shot of Bolling in a tight white cloth over the mouth gag, captured by the bad guy and being transported in his lair. Some nice closeups of her gagged face. Second scene is also well lit, shows the villain in his lair, holding the unconscious Bolling, still gagged, and waking her up. Closeups on Bollings face as she awakens and realizes her plight.

Next we see another woman gagged with a white cloth cleave gag, not so tight. She is in a guillotine. There are several shots of her (also well lit) looking frantic and screaming through her gag. She loses her head shortly thereafter.

Meanwhile, Bolling has pulled her gag down (she's not bound) and begins screaming bloody murder. There's a closeup as the villain handgags her. In fact, for several seconds we go from duo screen to single screen during the handgag. Also well lit. This is the only such instance I could find in this movie, but I didn't look really hard at the non-bondage portions.}}} What is backward? ***** Bolling has pulled her gag down (she's not bound) and begins screaming bloody murder. ----- we see another woman gagged with a white cloth cleave gag, not so tight. She is in a guillotine. There are several shots of her (also well lit) looking frantic and screaming through her gag. She loses her head shortly thereafter. ------- There's a closeup as the villain handgags }}her{{ [Insert Bolling]. ****** ??? That what you're after? |
