All righty, JayL, I have come across database entries that report only handgags or only chloro scenes. Should I report them or leave 'em be?

[13056] Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007)
Erica Leerhsen's last name is misspelled in this entry. It should be corrected, of course, to ensure it will come up on database searches. Thank you for all of your great work.

Leave this to me, since I was the one to enter this. I took the name from one of the features on the DVD and let me see if it is misspelled there. I will change the "o" to "e" anyway, but may get an "AKA" if I show the credit spelling correctly on the DVD.

This again huh?
Here the previous posts and we'll run through it then:

Re: The Boy Here's Been Asked To Explain Himself

"Well, there are those that feel this is, as they put it "a Bondage Site". Meaning, if there is no tying up involved in a chloro scene, then the chloro scene doesn't belong in the Data-Base."

That's my general feeling. There has to be bondage and/or gaggage of some kind before an entry is worth entering in the database. If there is some, I will mention other scenes in the movie that are of interest. And if there's a brief cuff scene but there's a long, hot catfight scene, I have no problem with saying, Blah-blah is cuffed briefly hands in front" and "Later, she's dressed in a skintight leotard, wrestling the villainess who's wearing a thong bikini, in a giant vat of oatmeal. No gags."

Gotta love those oatmeal scenes.

Re: The Boy Here's Been Asked To Explain Himself

"If your going to uncluded hand gag only scenes than you kind of have to include chloro only scenes.A chloro scene has a hand gag with a piece of cloth under it. I personaly coukd care less about either but I've seen dozens of hand gag only scenes in the db."

Yeah, if we were going to take those scenes out, we'd have to poll the hoi polloi and see what the concensus is, then make a search and destroy raid if the trend was thumbs down.

They don't really bother me. They don't interest me either, of course.

Figured since "it doesn't bother Brian"... I'll understand if you disagree with me, others do as well.

Well, Brian did say "make a search and destroy raid"....

So yes, "EDITORS REFERENCE #8006! Enemy position at 6 o'clock to!"
{{and then with their known PACT entrenching system layout, "Positions at #8007, #8008, #8009, #8010, #8011, #8012, #8013, #8014, #8015, #8016, #8017, #8018 & #8019}}

Almost half a platoon there. Definite known 8 figure grid ref for PACT artillery when Editors "close with and destroy" and start to reorganise...

So hold your position there soldier, till Brian "sees what the concensus is".. ;)

I believe if it relates to a DID scene like she is attacked and handgag, then she is a DID.

Handgagging someone like on Full House "8006" and on, seem to be just to keep someone quiet and pretains not to a DID situation.

Chloro and handgags have to looked at by case by case basis, and should pretain to a DID storyline or action in the movie or show. Damsel in Distress is the keyword here people, and the Full House entries don't pertain to any DID actions or references.

Yeah, problems raised since (#5459) and the rest went in.

1st Editor Recce-probe of their defence came back. The Editor Intelligence Officer reviewed it and figures they poorly supported Conscript Entries. Likely low in morale and will break-off/withdraw shortly after being engaged with little resistance.

We've mock laid out their positions and the Editors are currently rehearsing "The Raid" whilst awaiting orders from Callsign-"Moderator". ;)

He's not the person to ask.

While if I had to do it over, I'd not allow those scenes,
they are acceptable by tradition.
