| British movie based on the real life case of the kidnapping of Lesley Whittle by Donald Neilson (he is serving life without parole). The movie offers a dramatized version of the events. Lesley (Debbie Farrington) is lying in her bed asleep when Neilson, wearing a black panther mask, gets to her. He wakes her up and as she is about to screams he gags her with his hand and menaces her with a shotgun. He then pulls the bed covers. She is naked her (there is a full frontal nudity in the uncut version). He asks her to pull something on and she covers herself with a blue night robe. The man uses skin-colored tape to tie her hands in front and tape her mouth. The silhouette of her lips is clearly seen under her gag. He walks out of the house with her and puts her in the back seat of his car where he proceeds to apply tape her eyes and tape her ankles. He put a foam cover over her. She is taken to a far away area. Briefly we see that her eyes have also been taped with the same material. The man tells her to go down a side star into the sewer lines. He releases her hands and gets the tape off her eyes, but she remains gagged. She is lead to an underground room the kidnapper has prepared. There he puts a chain collar. He points out to her that the chain has plastic cover and says “it won’t hurt; I don’t want to harm you”. He uses a wrench to tightly link the chain. A muffled screams of horror come out of her gagged mouth. He then asks her to remove her bathrobe and to lie down naked in a mattress on the floor. He then tapes her ankles together in a nice close up of her barefoot feet which are now soiled from her long walk to the room. He re-ties her hands in front and proceeds to put her in a sleeping bag which he zips close and then he removes her gag. |
