| Finally I found again the italian dubbing of The Man in the Brown Suit. In this movie adaptation of an Agatha Christie novel, Stephanie Zimbalist plays photoreporter Anne Beddingfeld. There is a known scene where at a certain point she gets kidnapped in plain daylight from an outdoor market in Cairo, but kept hidden under a burqa as she's dragged away. I clearly remembered from watching it as a youngster that she mmmpfhed soundly under it, hinting that she was not only tied but also gagged (I assure you my dismay was HUGE when they showed her in the next scene absolutely ungagged in the lair of the baddies) But my surprise was bigger when in this forum I found out in the original scene she never mmmpfhed. Anyway, here the link for the italian dubbing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqEYspp3SyA I know it's not really "official" but the scene makes much sense this way, there is a gagged scene in the original novel, and it's the only hinstance of a supposedly gagged scene for Stephanie Zimbalist Anne is left alone at 54:40 and then the scene plays out.
