Lonesome Dove: The Outlaw Years Medium: TV Series Actress: Kelly Rowan, Tracy Scoggins Description: Episode: "The Hideout" (1.17) Mattie Shaw (Rowan) and Amanda Carpenter (Scoggins) are kidnapped by villians for ransom. They are taken to a cabin and tied to a post back to back, hands behind their back and ankles tied together. Amanda is wearing period clothing, a white blouse, long plaid skirt, black boots and black stockings. Mattie is wearing a cowgirl outfit with brown trousers and cowboy boots. Both women manage to free themselves from their bonds and flee their captors. They are quickly recaptured and retied but in the process Amanda has her blouse torn off revealing a sexy white camisole. After retying to two women the captors actually tie a rope around their necks as if to slowly strangle them but they are stopped by their boss. |

Pretty easy to find The Tracy Report online (although if I recall, I think it may be an incomplete video) and no sign of Melanie being bound and gagged. |

Thanks so much Title: Luz do sol aka Sunshine Medium: Soap Opera Actress: Luma Costa, Karen Marinho, Luiza Tomé aka Luiza Tome, Karine Carvalho Description: Episode: 1.191-1.206 In an insanely long sequence -- my edited clip which omits a lot of dialog etc. runs for over an hour -- Drica (Luma Costa), the heroine of this Brazilian soap, is kidnapped by Isabela (Karine Carvalho), who chloroforms her in a hospital and drives her away. Drica spends much of the next 16 episodes locked in either a basement or an outdoor cell with bars. She's frequently gagged, first with duct tape, then with a white cloth cleave, then tape again, then cleave again. Her hands are tied in front with rope or duct tape at first, so suspension of disbelief that she wouldn't remove her gags is needed, but eventually her captors get it right and tie her hands behind. Her ankles are also bound with rope some of the time, though always loosely enough that she can shuffle around. She wears a white blouse and jeans. We're treated to a ton of great closeups, in different settings and from many different angles. At one point, a male rescuer gets the drop on Isabela and ties her hands behind her back, but she and her male accomplice turn the tables and the would-be rescuer ends up dead. Toward the end of the sequence, four more captives are introduced, including a young boy, an adult male, a third damsel (Karen Marinho) who is also cleave gagged with her hands behind, and a fourth damsel (Luiza Tomé) with her hands in front. It all ends happily after a big gun standoff. |
