I remembered this comment, and wondered who else knows this stuff... Anyway, it dropped on ZDF a couple of hours ago. I've downloaded it and compared it to the ARTE file (I keep everything...) and I would say the ZDF is marginally better (bits/pixzel is about the same), but you have to look closely. Neither is great. I'm going to see if Topaz can do anything to reduce the compression artefacts, as this is a classic. The scene is near the end if you've not seen it, although I will repulish later if I can improve the quality. Could it be this? The scene is similar, but not exactly alike. In this scene, police raid a motel room that is the site of a bondage shoot and discover a beautiful brunette bound and gagged on a bed. The police detective in charge admonishes the fetish model on her life choices and leaves her bound and gagged on the bed. She isn't tied to the bed but is instead in a kneeling hogtie position. She is gagged with a black ballgag. Title: Magic City Medium: TV Series Actress: Elena Satine Description: Episode: "World in Changes" (2.05) Judi (Satine) plays an Irving Klaw-style bondage model, complete with black bra, low-cut panties, stockings and heels.
