This page is for posting links to online streaming video, Youtube and things like that. The rules are somewhat looser than Discussion. You can post and discuss mainstream and related amateur video. Do not post clips from commercial videos. It's usually not that hard to tell the difference.

Not only that, it looks like an amateur production...which probably should be mentioned at the outset. Amateur productions are usually not worth bothering with. The best thing that amateur vids do is to show us how much we despretely need professionals to get it right. |

| Hey all, just posted two new vids... Title: Chuck Medium: TV Series Actress: Yvonne Strzechowski aka Yvonne Strahovski Description: Episode: "Chuck Versus the Helicopter" (1.2) At 35' mark, she is knocked out and put into trunk. Around the 40' mark, she is seen with her feet taped together and hands cuffed over her head. She is tape gagged and wearing a silk top and jeans. Chuck arrives and removes her gag as she struggles. He regags her when the bad doc enters. Ends by the 45' mark. We see her being led into a house and seated on a chair. Her hands are tied behind her back with rope, and she is gagged with silver duct tape. Later we see her ankles have been tied to the chair legs. On day 2, Amber frees her hands by getting hold of a pair of scissors and cut the ropes. But she is soon retied. She is ungagged and regagged several times during the scene. Just as evil Sheila is about to kill our Damsel by forcing her to eat some pills at gunpoint someone knocks on the door, and Amber manages to attract attention and thereby save herself by knocking over a vase and her chair too. Amber wears a wine-red blouse that is see-through from below her breasts to her waist, and trousers in the same colour. | After some weeks, an Indian DID-scene again, from the movie "Romance" (not to be mixed up with the French movie "Romance" with Caroliine Ducey): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2ZVjiSIQlM The damsel is beautiful lead actress Poonam Dhillon (character "Sonia"); in the first quarter of the clip she gets forced into a car tied hands behind and otm-gagged with pink cloth. Then she (and her unconscious but untied lover, therefore: no puzz-alert) are driven to the villa of the main evil guy, but in the next scene, "Poonam" has already been untied. |

The person that is exposed to a potential civil suit is the person derviving revenues from using someone else's work. That's why sales matter, and merely discussing these things here doesn't. In basic form, copyright law isn't about treating all copyright infringements as a crime, like you are going to be thrown into the clink if you have or discuss a copyrighted clip or a photocopy of a page in a library book. It's merely about requiring people who make money off someone else's work to share it with the creators. |

| Anyone remember a French short film that made no sense, but nonetheless had a scene where a damsel is taped to a chair and gagged with duct tape with the outline of her lips visible? If I remember correctly, I think it was called Sex Bomb or something, although there was no nudity at all and no sex, but the damsel was damn cute, squirming and mmmphing in the chair. |
