Video Page

This page is for posting links to online streaming video, Youtube and things like that. The rules are somewhat looser than Discussion. You can post and discuss mainstream and related amateur video. Do not post clips from commercial videos. It's usually not that hard to tell the difference.

This is a DISCUSSION FORUM. There are no actual clips available on THIS SITE. WE DISCUSS THINGS HERE. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO DISCUSS FILMS.

You're badly confused. I only worry about my site. You
are talking other sites. There are no copyrighted
materials here, period.

?

Yes, of course there are no copyrighted clips hosted here. However there is DISCUSSION here of clips that might be violating copyright laws elsewhere. That's the point that guy was trying to make...but it's not one anyone here needs to be concerned about, because copyright law is not criminal in nature.

dog style.

I agree with you. Why are you shouting? I was originally responding to a poster a couple of days ago that said there was a problem here because copyrighted materials (posted elsewhere!!!!!) are discussed here. But you, I, and Brian would disagree. That's all.

One more lakorn-DID-scene, probably especially interesting for OTS-, Barefoot- and Gag-only-fans:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgeQd7_Ma_A

The damsel is beautiful actress / singer Chompoo "Bua" Ford (her second full treatment, first was an otm-scene in "Tee Tra Goon Song" together with a cleave'd guy, see earlier posting); right at the start of the clip (nothing to see in preceding ep. 32), she gets carried away OTS by a veiled villain while being otm/otn-gagged with a large and tight greyish/purple shawl; she's also BAREFOOT and not tied up at all, so she could use her hands to free herself from her gag, but she uses them to punch her kidnapper instead! While being chased by the heroes which have been alerted by a maid, the villain has to drop the mmmphing damsel to escape from the pursuers. "Bua" (unharmed) is then freed from her gag by the good guys.

I said nonsense from the very beginning, so I would like to correct my mistake; when I said "sites like this are violating copyright laws" I wasn't talking about Brian's page, but Keptinbondage. I mean, that's what it seemed to me. Most of the stuff I saw on Keptinbondage looked... commercial.

Sorry to cause a fuss, everyone.

Actually the selling is not an issue. It is the copying and/or using that is the problem.

Look at all the people that the RIAA got.

Absolutely. I doubt that this or Doc's or the other site are protected by fair use.

The fact is that the compilation that this site is includes pics that are clearly violating copyright. The fact that they are not hosted here makes no difference. When I type http://www.brianspage.com I see them. That is the issue.

Of course, selling is an issue. If you aren't selling someone's copyrighted work, there are no damages they can prove. If a plaintiff has no colorable damages, the case is likely to be thrown out very, very quickly. What happened with RIAA is different. Those were just for publicity, for show-- not the kind of litigation a capper selling clips would have to worry about.

I doubt that this or Doc's or the other site

I think it's a close issue. Better to avoid it than to be the guinea pig while a judge somewhere tries to figure it out.

Sorry I was snappy. I just hate it when this site turns into Law School 101.
