Title: Danger Theatre (1993) Medium: TV Series Actress: Lesley Boone Description: Episode: An Old Friend for Dinner In a spoof of "Silence of the Lambs", plump jogger Julie Conklin (Boone) is abducted by a serial cannibal. After several plot twists, we see our damsel held prisoner with the original abductor and menanced by a escaped mental patient who has eaten 36 people. Julie is first shown with thick rope binding her arms to her torso. After mouthing off to the psycho an apple is jammed in her mouth (she looks down at the fruity speech impediment crosseyed - a nice touch). Later after spitting out the apple, Julie again mouth off and is next shown tied to a table, covered with garnishes and apparenty regagged with fruit. During the closing credits, the hero cuts her bonds and removes the apple from her mouth. |
