| I’ve been looking for Vera Farmiga’s scene in UC Undercover for quite a while now. I can’t find it anywhere online Record number: 6209 Title: UC: Undercover Medium: TV Series Actress: Vera Farmiga Description: Episode: "Honor Among Thieves" Undercover damsel Alex Cross (Farmiga) was confronted by two goons who threw a black hood over her head and dragged her away. After the commercial break, we cut back to the show, there's a closeup of the hood being taken off her head. And we see her sitting on a chair with her arms tied behind her. Except there are NO shots of her bound wrists. No long distance establishing shot. No closeups either. She could have just been holding her arms behind her for all the viewer could see. Except at the end of the scene, the lead goon tells one of his cronies to cut her loose. And in the corner of this one shot, you can just barely make out the ropes around her wrists. Aarghhh. It was soooo frustrating. Ms. Farmiga was a redhead and speaking in an Irish accent. I guess that was her undercover role. |

This is it exactly, thank you very much for linking! I prowled back through the forums and saw someone link to a clip in an old BelleBound forum but it looks like the link isn’t active anymore. Title: La Patrona aka The Return (2013) Medium: Soap Opera Actress: Gina Vargas, Geraldine Zinat, Aracely Arámbula Description: Episode: Continúa Enfrentamiento (1.127) An armed Antonia (Christian Bach) is still on the run, and is holding up Francisca (Zinat) and her very cute daughter Cecilia (Vargas) at their home. She orders Cecilia to sit on a chair, and for Francisca to bind and gag her; the gagging is done onscreen, as Cecilia is tightly cleave gagged with a thick black scarf, while her hands are already tied in front (wrists crossed) with thin white rope. Francisca then has to kneel on the floor in front of Cecilia to allow her own hands to be tied behind her back. Oddly, no gag for Francisca despite Antonia angrily telling her to shut up. To add to it, this is one of my favorite telenovela scenes. Vargas looks great even in her dress/sweater getup. Tanned legs, some nice cleavage. The captor also keeps telling the Mom to keep gagging her daughter while the Mom is doing it. The only issue is they break away and when they come back, there's a bit of a continuity error. Vargas' gag goes from over her hair to under, and it looks a little less tight. |
