This page is for posting links to online streaming video, Youtube and things like that. The rules are somewhat looser than Discussion. You can post and discuss mainstream and related amateur video. Do not post clips from commercial videos. It's usually not that hard to tell the difference.

Turistas is out on blu ray so that should be possible. Hopwfully the scene is more visible on the blu ray as it is quite dark. On the above quoted bit thought, whilst I agree those shows wont be getting HD releases anytime soon, it is incorrect that all 4:3 shows wont benefit from HD. If they were shot on film, like the X-Files, they would benefit from the HD bump like all older films tv shows released on blu ray. Just look at the screencaps for The Twilight Zone seasons on blu-ray.com. But it's a bit moot as catalog blu rays, especially for tv shows, arent really big sellers and studios wont bother for quite some time. |

Sunday March 20 03:24:45 2011 Upcoming Mortal Kombat Web series=Jeri Ryan |
Jeri Ryan is cast as Sonya Blade for this upcoming web series. In the behind the scenes video she is shown handcuffed and hanging from the ceiling. Other shots show her practicing some fight choreography while still cuffed. Unfortunately, for gag enthusiasts, there probably isn't something of interests, but it's at least something to look forward to from this actress. |

A technical point. I'm not sure for all of them, but season 1 & 2 were 16mm, and beyond that 35mm for buffy. The resolution on 16mm is the equivalent to a 2K laser scan, which is standard 1080p HD. 35 is much larger, nearer to 4K So Buffy for one could be 'blu ray'-ed, if there is the demand, it'll happen! |

Sunday March 20 09:31:03 2011 Question |
Hope this is not too much off-topic: Since a few days I encounter difficulties when trying to watch the capitulos of telenovelas on "http://www.tvazteca.com" - I'm only able to watch the commercial before the videos start, but not the videos themself. A month ago everything was all right - anyone who's having the same problem or a solution? Has Azteca altered its rules and only people of a certain region are able to watch their videos now? |

Man, nothing is more frustrating than seeing a hot chick like this strung up AOH by the bad guys wearing winter clothes. Consider this non-gag-snob PO'd also. |

She looks great with the OTM, don't get me wrong, but I would have loved to see her rocking a cleave. It remains a great disappointment to me. |
