I think all the descriptions for the first season 'Avengers' scenes must be based either on fifty year old memories or (more likely) upon scripts and/or official synopsis, with the exception of 'The Tunnel of Fear' scene for which three or four photos do exist. I've been a fan of the show for years and have the new UK DVD sets which feature every known photo taken during production of the first season and the only full treatment shots i've ever seen are for 'The Tunnel of Fear'. The scene from 'The Nightmare' described above i'm sure has no visual proof as i'm pretty sure only one photo (of Ian Hendry) from the whole episode has ever come to light. The official synopsis of the episode (I don't think even a script survives for this episode) describes Ingrid Hafner as being b&g in medical tape, so I would imagine this is what the database entry is based on. As for the entry for 'The Crescent Moon' I have no idea what this is based on as i'm sure there are no pictures for this scene either. Hopefully the episodes will come to light one day as there are apparently quite a few scenes from the first season. |

I ordered the original DVD of the entire series a while back based on some memories i had of the scenes . The Debbie Farrington scene described in the database is completely wrong must be scene creep ,she get's tied to a chair with no gag ,nothing more ,in the adventure she was involved in . The Marsha Fitzalan scene is a white cleave alright ,and the fiona Fullerton scene was lengthy enough but a fairly loose looking spotted OTM gag. Anyway both the gag scenes were on Major John's recently ,the other scene isn't worth downloading .In my opinion anyway . |

For anyone who wants that task (I believe I've already done my part here by posting the scene!), all of the DiD action occurs at several parts between 00:24:32 and 00:46:44 on the official DVD/Blu-ray release. For those wondering how she escaped, it simply wasn't shown. The later shots of her were in a van, unbound and waiting for someone. Kristin Davis in "A Deadly Vision." Not sure that's available in HD. Alexandra Paul in the Baywatch episode Homecoming from Season 5. The fight scene with the blonde terrorist and the tie-up are very nice despite no gag. |

| Awesome of you to accept requests Sam, you'll probably get flooded with them so I understand if you won't get time to do any of these. I like tape gags so I suppose any tape scenes you have access to would be good. As far as I know I don't think I've seen these The Bone Collector Mission Impossible 3 Also I'd have to check the database but does anyone know any Asian tape gag scenes that would be easy to access? |

| I can answer most of these easily: *Elisha Cuthbert (and Reiko Aylesworth's) scenes from 24 don't exist in HD because those earlier seasons haven't been released on Blu-ray yet, with HDTV versions also being impossible to find because few release groups capped in HD back then. The HQs I posted over a year ago will have to suffice. *Keeley Hawes in Ashes To Ashes, same reason. *Any scenes from Las Vegas, same reason. *Turistas seems possible. I'll give it a try, even though I'm not familiar with that scene. *A Deadly Vision, not in HD and hard to find in HQ as well (I only have Raffish's version). Any obscure TV movies like this are highly unlikely to have had an HD release. *Anything from Baywatch is not available because that show will never be released in HD. This applies to a lot of 1990s shows like Charmed, X-Files, Buffy, Angel, etc. because they weren't filmed with HD equipment. Notice how they're all in 4:3 aspect ratio, which indicates cheaper cameras used back then. *The Bone Collector exists, and I'm already working on it. *Mission Impossible III was posted on here by me a few months ago. Search the past 300 days or thereabouts. *The Transporter, ditto. *Dangerous Curves, no way. Even an HQ of that doesn't exist. *Cobra, same reason. Here's a tip to make things easier for everyone: before making a request, do a Google search with the movie/series title and put "720p" at the end. That'll usually guarantee a result if an HD one exists. If it doesn't, then you're out of luck. I've gone through many titles that way, and it's basically trial & error. Also, any TV shows prior to 2005 are unlikely to have HD versions, because of the abovementioned camera thing. Don't bother asking about Jennifer Garner's scene from Alias either, coz I've checked many times. |
