This page is for posting links to online streaming video, Youtube and things like that. The rules are somewhat looser than Discussion. You can post and discuss mainstream and related amateur video. Do not post clips from commercial videos. It's usually not that hard to tell the difference.

Saturday February 05 16:33:59 2011 Llena de Amor (02/14/11) |
I upgraded my video transcoding software to where it now encodes the video in H.264 (xvid no longer an option). Unfortunately, the upgrade also removed MP3 audio encoding and the only option is AC-3. |

That's actually a good thing in the long run. H.264 and AC-3 are currently the most widely accepted codecs for encoded HD material, so your clips can now measure up to release group standards. :-) |

This one seemed to come out OK, but I'm trying to encode and HD capture of the "The Big Hit". The audio is fine in the .ts capture, but when I encode to .avi the audio is out of sync. |

This may be due to the 29.97fps/30fps difference, which appears minor in print, but sometimes creates issues in actuality. What exactly was the source framerate? What program are you using to encode, and are you making sure to deinterlace the .TS stream first? Also, for H.264 encodes, you should be using the MKV container. AVI is not as flexible for anything other than Xvid or DivX (both being obsolete codecs for HD). As for The Big Hit, I actually posted a Blu-ray 720p version of that last year. |

Saturday February 05 19:12:45 2011 Looking for rare clips |
I have become a member of the Major John and Bondage Parade Movie sites respectively. Maybe there are other good sites I don't know about that can be recommend to me. I found the link below to be interesting. I was hoping one of the big collector guys like Sam, Madfish, or Portuguese can give me an opinion on which of these videos to get. What I'm looking for is rarely instead of the best stuff. I guess a good way of putting it is which of this dvd's would have a very low or no chance of finding on the internet form free/pay sites or using torrents or youtube etc. I had planned on buying between 4 to 8 of them between on the kind of feedback I can get. A little pricey maybe, but sometime you have to throw a little money around to get good mainstream scenes that are rare. http://www.bindher.com/video/videoinv/chiv/chiv.html Thanks |

I see vidcaps are on the disgussion page. I also see vidcaps and links to vidcaps on this page also? I guess some posters are exempt and some aren't? Your page and your rules. Again I apologise. |
