Record number: 281 Title: Tango & Cash (1989) Medium: Movie Actress: Teri Hatcher Description: Playing the sister of Sylvester Stallone, the forever-damsel Hatcher ends up with her hands tied in front of her with a purple scarf, and cleave gagged with a thin black scarf. Having been kidnapped offscreen, her bound hands are first shown briefly at 1hr 30mins, followed by a view of her gagged face about a minute later, glaring helplessly at her captors. The action begins properly at 1hr 32mins, whereby a stand-off ensues between Stallone, flanked by co-star Kurt Russell, and Hatcher's boisterous captor. She is stood up and being used as a human shield, mmpphhing and whimpering as a knife is held to her throat; the gag is now much tighter, pulling the corners of her lips back and forcing her mouth wide open. This sequence ends with a shootout at 1hr 34mins, after which she disappears for a short while. At 1hr 35mins the final confrontation takes place in a room with a hall of mirrors. Hatcher's other captor is again clutching her stood up at gunpoint, until Stallone manages to spot the 'real' reflection and shoot him dead. Hatcher is finally rescued a minute later. Lighting is not very bright but still OK, with mainly close-ups and a few full-body views. Hatcher wears a floral-print blouse over a lacy black top (showing lots of cleavage), jeans and black cowboy boots. |
