At about the 35 - 40 minute mark we see the feet, ankles and calves of Sigrid with the ankles tied separately to the front legs of a chair. Then we see Bruce Willis reacting to what he hears over the phone: gagged wimpering, a gunshot, followed by silence. Later in the movie, Sarah Jessica Parker is seated in a chair with her wrists cuffed behind her back. |

Scenes of her strugging against the bonds, and Connie Hope (Patricia Richardson) having to inject her with a sedative. This scene occurs during the first half of the movie. Helen isn't gagged in this scene. The three Jackson women, daughters Casey (Biel) and Penny (Zima) and 30-something mother Helen are tightly bound to chairs and gagged with duct tape. Close-ups of hands being wrapped in duct tape, gagged with duct tape wrapped around the head, some grunting. Casey struggles so much that, when they are discovered by (the unfortunately ungagged and unbound) Connie (Patricia Richardson of the TV show Home Improvement), we see her chair has tipped over. Scene lasts about three minutes and occurs about 85 minutes into the movie. |
