The climax, in the last 15mins, has her cornered by Lori and her unwilling cohort sister Sandra (Kendra Carelli) as she's searching Lori's house, with Lori knocking her out with a brick. The next time we see Miya, she has her hands tied behind her back and is sporting a thick black bandanna cleave gag, trapped inside a closet as Lori and her sister plot to kill her and Miya's fiancee. Once they're gone, Miya begins kicking the door to break free. Great emoting from Katie Leclerc as she chews into her gag and grunts with all her might as she breaks down the door. We finally get a shot of Miya's wrist restraints as she's using her bound hands to open a drawer and get a knife, and we see her hands are tied with standard rope. More grunting from Miya as she cuts herself free, and she later ungags herself before rushing to save her fiancee. At the climax of the movie, in the last 10mins, the girl (Mia) and mom's boyfriend are both taken prisoner to pull mom into a trap. The two are tied to chairs (hands in front, feet tied, arms tied) and briefly duct tape gagged as the nut calls mom to pull her into the house. Mom quickly arrives and finds the duo and peels off the gags. A badly choreographed struggle then ensues, with mom grabbing the bad guy's gun and shooting him. Scene is darkly lit.
