Record number: 24085 Title: Mommy Group Murder (2019) aka The Perfect One Medium: TV Movie Actress: April Billingsley Description: In the climax to this Lifetime film, main heroine Natalie begins to suspect her new friend Grace is hiding something, and breaks into her house to inspect her inexplicably locked basement. After hearing muffled cries coming from behind a door, Natalie breaks it open to find a woman (Billingsley) sporting a black ball gag. It's as Natalie gets to work undoing the gag that we see she has also been chained to the wall by her wrists (both are eventually shown to be chained). When questioned for her identity by Natalie, the woman identifies herself as Lydia Jackson, the original owner of the house who Grace had taken hostage in order to take over her life (keeping her alive solely to provide breast milk for her infant son). After failing to free her from her chains with a screwdriver, Natalie goes to call help, only to be caught and seemingly shot dead by Grace. Afterwards, Lydia uses the screwdriver to free herself and fakes still being restrained when Grace returns, allowing her to stab her with the screwdriver. She's subsequently slapped unconscious, but is spared when another friend arrives and distracts Grace, allowing Lydia to survive and take her much-deserved revenge on her captor.
