The opening scene is in a parking garage, where she gags herself with a packing tape cleave-gag wound several times around her head. She tapes her ankles, and then handcuffs herself in from, before hiding in the trunk of her car. Unfortunately for her, her car is stolen by an unsuspecting thief, who discovers her in the trunk. Not knowing what to do with her, he keeps her handcuffed (but not gagged) for a while. |

Record number: 13389 Title: Legacy of Fear (2006) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Teri Polo, Unknown Description: 0:04' Cops are at a crime scene where a gal is lying face down on a sofa. Her hands are bound behind her with tape and also has her mouth ducttaped. There are several polariods scattered around. 0:08' Cop's wife and daughter are the next persons to encounter the killer. Daughter is bound and gagged and setting in a closet. Mother is tortured on the bed but not gagged during this. The killer calls the cop and places the phone next to her and we see see that she is gagged but not bound. Cop arrives to find her dead, but now lying on her front with her hands bound behind with tape. He then finds the daughter still gagged in the closet. 0:15' Polo arrives at a garage to find dead gal lying face down on the floor. The gal is gagged and had her hands bound behind her. There are a couple polariods of the gal also. 0:26' A couple are having a romp in the woods and the gal rolls over to see the gagged face of another victim. Polo arrives to exam the victim and there are polariods of the victim scattered around. 0:50' Polo arrives and searches to woods for the next victim. She encounters the next victim still alive. The victim walks up to Polo and the gal is tape gagged. Her hands are bound behind her. Unfortunately Polo is knocked out and that ends that scene. (Darkly light scene) 1:02' Victim at the 0:50' is found dead lying on the shore of a lake. She is lying on her bound hands and is gagged. Several polariods are spread around also. 1:26' Polo and male friend go to Polo's old house where her mom was killed. Her male partner turns her over on the bed and proceeds to tape her hands behind her. Man is she fiesty. After turning the lights on and making Polo finally remember where she is at, the male friend opens the closet to show the bound and gagged grandmother in the closet. Polo manages to bring her bound hands up around her butt and proceeds get herself loose. She then proceeds to untie her grandmother. Times are w/o commercials. |

Record number: 9621 Title: Cold Mountain (2003) Medium: Movie Actress: Kathy Baker, Natalie Portman Description: At about an hour and twenty minutes, Baker, playing the mother of a pair of Confederate deserters hiding on her farm, is shown lying against a split-rail fence, a noose around her neck and her hands jammed over her head between two of the rails, while a member of the Home Guard platoon that has come looking for her sons stomps on the fence's top rail to elicit screams from her and draw her sons into the open. He's aided by the platoon's leader, who jerks on the other end of the noose rope. Around half an hour later, Portman, as a young war widow with an infant, is accosted by Union raiders looking to steal supplies. She's dragged out of her cabin to a fence pole in her yard, to which she's tied with her hands behind her back, while another soldier lays her baby on the cold ground, to convince her to reveal the location of any hidden goods she has. The scene lasts about a minute (maybe a little longer). She is then untied by a soldier and taken into her house where he plans to rape her, but fortunately Jude Law saves her in time. On the bonus disk of the two-DVD set, there are segments showing both these scenes along with their corresponding storyboards. |

At about 60 minutes in she is chloroformed and carried off (she's wearing a black dress and heels). She comes to and tries to escape but is caught. Her left wrist is taped to the arm of an office chair. Her right wrist remains free so she can write a suicide note. Her ankles are also taped together and taped to the center support of the chair. The chair with Crystal still in it tips over during a struggle. |

Later on it shows Sandy tied to a bed and over the mouth gagged with yellow cloth as Mr. Mustard does a bad version of "When I'm 64". The next scene shows Sandy ungagged on the top of Mustard's bus with long separate ropes to the rail behind her, as she tries to signal the good guys who are following in a hot air balloon (don't ask.) Later, Diane and the hero's greedy cousin/guy are gagged with tape, and led to where the Future Villian Band is. Sandy is then shown tied to an illuminated dollar sign and gagged with the over the mouth yellow cloth again, and struggles, as Steven Tyler does a good version of "Come Together". The moving of a feather boa around Sandy's neck is a great touch to it. Diane and guy are tied back to back below the stage, struggling as well. |
