O'Hara portrays her sitting with her hands tied behind her back throughout the trial, both before and after the torture scene, which is depicted in a wide shot from above in a rather non-explicit manner. At the end of the trial, the king visits the courtroom, and orders her untied so he can perform a trial by ordeal on her. He blindfolds her and asks her to choose between her alleged murder weapon and his dagger on a table before her. She touches her own knife, failing the test, and later is carted to the scaffold and mounts it with her hands tied behind her back, but they are untied when Quasimodo (Charles Laughton) swings down from above in the famous rescue scene. |

Urania (Milly Carlucci) is briefly bound with her arms over head to a pillar. Ilia (Leadbetter) and Glaucia (Vivian) are chained to stone globes for a hungry special effects creature. Sexy goddess Athena (Green) is tied up in an elaborated rope harness towards the end of the movie. Earlier, a scantily clad slave (Venturini) gets chained in a spreadeagle and almost sacrificed. Hercules rescues her. None of these actresses is gagged. |

She moans quite a bit through the gag while her captors squirt honey all over her bare arms and shoulders and show her a colony of ants they're going to let climb all over her. They release her before that, fortunately. The scene lasts for perhaps a minute, and comes in about 65' mark (without commercials) after a video conference with the President. |
