Record number: 2018 Title: The Professionals (1966) Medium: Movie Actress: Claudia Cardinale Description: In this Western set in the early 20th century, a Texas oilman hires four adventurers to rescue his wife, whom he claims has been kidnapped by a Mexican bandito. She, however, doesn't want to be rescued but since the adventurers are professionals, they're honor bound to complete the contract, no matter what the cost. About an hour and fifteen minutes in, they attack the bandito's camp and spirit her away into the night, Burt Lancaster lifting her over his shoulder into a railcar and then tying her hands behind her back. The scene then cuts to the next morning, where they rendezvous with a compatriot on a train that, unbeknownst to them, has been captured by the bandits. After another furious gunfight which follows Lancaster using Cardinale, her hands still bound, as a human shield, she's carried over his shoulder into the locomotive where she's tied standing to the side of the cab. A few minutes later she's shown on horseback with her hands tied in front for a couple of shots. She isn't gagged during any of the scenes. Tags: carry_OTS |

Record number: 22547 Title: A Midsummer’s Nightmare (2017) Medium: TV Series Actress: Daisy Head, Ellie Gall Description: Episode: "Pilot" (1.01) Incomprehensible pilot for a show which was never picked up opens with Elena (Daisy) being dragged across the ground by Druids??? They arrive at a prepared grave and then duct tape her wrists and ankles, and slap another piece over her mouth. An animal mask is put on her face and she is dumped into the grave. They throw a hornet’s nest in with her before they start to fill the grave with dirt. The scene cuts immediately to Elena waking up in a hospital bed. A couple of waiting FBI agents question her about the circumstances which got her into the hospital. Five minutes before the end of the show, the clichéd group of young adults in an isolated campground is running around outside shooting at shadows, while the injured Hannah (Ellie) is recuperating in a bed in one of the cabins. The group of Druids??? (or hillbillies, cultists, Avon ladies, whatever) show up and Hannah finds herself stretched out on the bed and gagged with duct tape. The group teases her a bit, and then as the group in the woods finds a corpse which has had its face cut off, said face is then placed over Hannah’s face, covering her gag. The group runs back to the cabin, but Hannah and the cult have disappeared. |
