He opens it, reaches through the doorway and pulls out a bound and gagged Penny Marshall (as herself) into the room. Her hands are tied in front with white rope which also encircles her arms, booted ankles tied together, and she is OTM gagged with a long blue cloth. She wears a purple sweater top and jeans. Peter Scolari picks her up OTS/over the shoulder and deposits her in the guest chair, after which Hanks begins to interview her. After some brief mmpphhing, he pulls down the gag and she spits out (with a loud "pop" sound) a ball of white cloth as mouth packing. The scene lasts about 3mins straight through, with Marshall at one point pulling at her wrist bindings with her teeth. The episode ends with her still bound and left alone in the studio. |
