Files (1999) Medium: TV Series Actress: Unknown Description: Episode: "A Model Killer" (2.1) Photographer lures young women to his home then rapes and kills them' Dramatization includes: violence, girl thrown in trunk then captor pulls a strip of duct tape (unfortunately he is not seen putting it on girl); after the 30 minute. mark: Girl in backseat with duct tape over eyes and mouth, limbs hint at being bound but not seen; then anorexic cross between Sarah Michelle Gellar and Alicia Silverstone taken at gun point (cute reaction) to motel where there are close ups of a loosie tie over her head and not-to-bad tie of her ankles spread across bed, at one point her legs shake from electrocution (non-fatal); another girl taken and seen with hands bound in front, more violence. |

Title: The F.B.I. Files (1999) Medium: TV Series Actress: Unknown Description: Episode: "A Hunter's Game" (2.6) This episode covers the case of a serial killer who kidnaps women, then hunts them for sport. While the reenactments themselves aren't particularly graphic, there are real-life killings involved here. Appropriate discretion is advised. 0:00 -- An opening montage contains shots from each of the following sequences. 0:02 -- A blindfolded blonde in street clothes is shown running through the woods, hands cuffed behind her back. She doesn't survive. 0:09 -- A brunette in a wet blouse and blue panties, hands cuffed in front, is shown being rescued by a passing motorist. From there, the segment goes back in time, showing her being handcuffed after accepting a ride from the killer. He takes her to his house and chains her cuffed wrists over her head to the ceiling. The rest of that evening is not shown, which from the sound of it is probably for the best. The next sequence shows him putting her back in his car, with her wrists still cuffed in front and now blindfolded. Shortly thereafter, she removes the blindfold (or so we assume) and makes her escape. 0:57 -- A second version of the sequence from 0:02 is shown, this time starting from the moment the woman accepts a ride from the killer. He overpowers her and cuffs her right wrist to the door handle. Once again, things end badly in the woods. |

Hall Description: Episode: "Mr. Monk Stays in Bed" (4.3) With Monk sick in bed, his new assistant Natalie (Howard) does some investigating on her own. She is snooping around the suspect's house when an ill-timed call from Monk to her cell gives the bad guy information about the investigation. He grabs Natalie from behind, just before the commercial break at around the 45 minute mark. Back from commercial, he pulls up to the lot of a recycling center. Natalie is in the front seat with him, a large piece of gray fabric tape over mouth, not the usual shiny silver stuff. He takes her out of the car and picks her up (in front) to carry her into the building, even though her feet aren't tied and her hands are taped in front. Once inside, he removes the gag and tells her that she is going to help him find a piece of evidence (a pizza box). He then frees her hands. The scene is pretty short. The initial part at the car has a couple of good closeups of her gagged face |
