The tormentor, his daughter, and his wife (Angela) are all kidnapped by the man's gang. The tormentor is tied to a chair and told that he will either kill his former accomplices, or they will kill his daughter. To prove their point, Angela is dragged into the room. She is tied to a chair with a hood over her head. The hood is pulled off long enough to see the duct tape gag over her mouth. She screams into her gag as a bullet is put into the back of her head. Occurs in the first 15 minutes of the movie. |

The scientist has been spirited away by the bad guys, but Templar persuades a secretary, Marion Kent (Cleveland) to spy on her boss in an effort to find his whereabouts. She is caught, handgagged and taken to a remote lake cabin where the scientist is also being held. Once there she is handcuffed to a post. Templar tries to rescue the pair but gets captured, too. Initially, the cuffs used to manacle Marion are removed to shackle Simon; later we see one of Marion's wrists is chained to bed. For some reason the professor is free to roam the room, the better to steal the Russian agent's pistol and effect a rescue. |
