Record number: 866 Title: A Life Less Ordinary (1997) Medium: Movie Actress: Cameron Diaz Description: About 99' in (with ads), Ms. Diaz is captured by the bounty hunters her father has sent after her. (They're actually angels sent to earth to bring her and her lover [Ewan McGregor] together, see the movie). She's handgagged briefly during the grab. She is next seen bound to a chair with pretty orange rope, her mouth sealed with nicely-applied duct tape (Prop persons: It can be done), a white cloth blindfold pushed up above her eyes. She mmmmphs and talks through the gag as she plays blackjack (and keeps winning) with the male angel. Later he pulls the blindfold down, and though she's ungagged a little further on, she remains sightless. She ends up bound, blindfolded, but ungagged in the trunk of a car, where she's discovered and released with about ten minutes left in the film. Earlier, about 20' in, she's shown being tied to a chair with a strip of cloth about her midriff, right after McGregor has abducted her (partly with her help, see the movie) and driven her to a remote cabin. She's bound to the chair at the arms and legs with more cloth. Around the 62' mark, there's a scene where McGregor, Diaz and the angels/bounty hunters meet for a ransom exchange. He ties her hands in front, and she remains bound for a few minutes. |

The two mothers are tied with hands tied together in front with rope and they are cleave-gagged. They are seen in a van, a bit later still tied the same way but also trapped in a net, as they are forced down into the basement. Guy alert. |

Record number: 3160 Title: The Watcher (2000) Medium: Movie Actress: Marisa Tomei Description: Serial Killer on the rampage epic has a cut and paste script but climxes with Psychologist Marisa Tomei being taken hostage by the psycho. Oscar Winner Tomei is tied to a chair, hands taped behind her, ankles taped together, roped to the chair. She is taped gagged and remains that way for about four minutes inwhich does some energetic mmmmphhhing. There are some nice close ups of her gagged face, and some shots of her taped wrists. She is ungagged for dialogue with the psycho and eventually is saved by the FBI hero. All in all a very good scene , with Marisa being filmed from a variety of angles. Noticable for being one of the very few full scale scenes every done by an Oscar Winning Actress after she has won the Oscar. There are two other scenes in the film: Some brief shots of of the detective's past love who was killed by the psycho and at the beginning scenes of the psycho toying with his first victim. She has her hands tied behind her and is taped gagged and at one point the psycho kissed her on her gagged lips. However the Girl does not survive so be warned. The Tomei Scene takes place in the last half hour of the film, the first victim inthe first few minutes. The flashbacks of the other victime are very very brief and she is never clearly seen, and are scattered throughout the film. |

Near the end of the episode about 45 minutes later, Kirshner is shown visiting the same S&M club, being strapped at the wrists to a horizontal cross while lying on her back. She abruptly ends the session, however, when she suffers a flashback to what apparently was a traumatic rape in her past, and pulls free of the straps. |

After he blows away a guard, he grabs her scarf and knots her wrist behind her back, then rips her blouse open. After dragging her out of the courthouse, he abandons her, leaving her to stand with her naked breasts exposed to gawking passers-by. Soon after, Rourke and his gang of thugs invade the home of Anthony Hopkins and take his family hostage. Early in the invasion, the daughter (Smith) receives a handgag for nearly three minutes of screen time when a delivery man comes to the door. Some great struggling as the thug keeps her tightly muzzled while she tries maniacally to scream for help. A great handgag scene! |
