Record number: 83 Title: Xena: Warrior Princess Medium: TV Series Actress: Renee O'Connor Description: Episode: "Married with Fishsticks" (5.15) Gabrielle (O'Connor) gets hit on the head and falls unconscious into the sea. She wakes up with no memory in the underwater house of a merman hand his 3 fishy kids (the youngest, a girl, is actually an octopus). For a reason (don't ask) everyone thinks Gabrielle is the wife of the merman, and mother to the kids. The man turns out to be a male chauvinist, and the kids are unruly. Gabrielle tries to cope. The kids have other ideas. At one point she wakes up to find herself hanging upside down, both ankles bound by a lasso made of thick black rope hanging from the ceiling and her hands bound behind her back. The kids are cheering below her. They open up a trap door to the sea beneath her and dip her head under water, where she sees a shark. After she screams the rope is jerked back up, and she lands on her feet. This awes the two boys. Taking advantage of the awe, she orders the kids to go to their room. After they leave she realizes she's still bound. Funny scene. No gags. Gabrielle wears an orange bikini top and matching hot pants. The scene starts about 16m (no commercials) into the episode and lasts about 2 minutes. |

Record number: 1900 Title: Batman (1966) Medium: TV Series Actress: Diana Ivarson, 3 unknowns Description: Episode: "Flop Goes the Joker" (2.58) Baby Jane Towser (Ivarson) encourages the Joker's artistic tendencies, but the Joker decides that he'd make more money stealing paintings by Jackson Potluck, etc., than actually painting them. At 3mins he has Baby Jane held captive along with three rather matronly women, their hands all tied behind their backs with green cord. Baby Jane is soon untied (rubbing her wrists for realism), but the other women stay like this for a while longer until Batman and Robin free them at 7mins. Baby Jane is by no means done being a damsel for this episode. At 14mins (of the Blu-ray release) her hands are tied behind her back again, but she is now also cleave gagged (over-the-hair) with a thin black cloth. The deliciously overacting Baby Jane mmpphhs angrily, prompting The Joker to ungag her so that she can whine at him. He goes off to duke it out with the Dynamic Duo, but returns at 17mins to collect her; fortunately for us she has since been re-gagged, but makes no further sound. Eventually the evildoer carts her off, still bound and gagged, to Bruce Wayne's mansion. At 19mins they show up at the door, surprising the venerable Alfred who reluctantly lets them in. The Joker holds up everyone at gunpoint, including Mrs. Cooper, who exclaims upon seeing Baby Jane: "Oh you poor little thing!" She eventually ungags her onscreen after a minute, but not before an entertaining swashbuckling match between Alfred and The Joker takes place in front of them. |
