Record number: 3563 Title: The Man From U.N.C.L.E. aka The Man From UNCLE Medium: TV Series Actress: Lynn Loring Description: Episode: "The Deadly Smorgasbord Affair" (3.18) Loring plays the doctor of a brilliant scientist. Thrush is searching for a device invented by her father. About 18 minutes in, she is captured, and apparently has her hands tied behind her back, although it is difficult to tell. When the villainess tells her henchmen "somebody shut her up," no one gags her. Later, they try to torture Solo to tell them where the device is. He won't talk, so the villainess has them fetch Loring. Around 27 minutes, three henchmen rip off her dress, revealing a very short slip, and carry her squirming to a circular table where she is chained down in a spread eagle position. The main villain ties a wet leather strap around her neck. A heat lamp is turned on over her, so it will tighten the straps and strangle her if she doesn't die from the heat first. All a way to force Solo to talk. There is much screaming and "don't tell them Mr. Solo" as well as a lot of squirming and several different camera angles.Of course, he can't bear to see her torture and caves. Later, around 32 minutes, Loring is sitting in a chair, tied hands and front and ankles tied and detective gagged. Her father is in a similar situation, while Solo is unconscious on the floor. The villain uses the device, which puts people in suspended animation, on all of them, and their bodies are dumped into a stream beneath the floor of the room they are in (good shot of Loring being carried bound and gagged). Their bodies are rescued from a canal off screen, and the next scene they show up they are in a hospital room. Occurs in Act III. |

Record number: 2106 Title: Stay Hungry (1976) aka Mister Universum Medium: Movie Actress: Brandy Wilde, Sally Field Description: (Note: That's not a typo in the alternate title ... "Mr. Universum" is the German title for this film.) Ms. Wilde's character is a prostitute, if memory serves, who goes to a gym after hours with a pre-MAGNUM Roger E. Mosley. Despite her distinct lack of enthusiasm, he proceeds to tie her to a massage bench, face down, each wrist and ankle tied to a leg of the bench with rope, and gag her with translucent medical tape. She's topless during the scene, and eventually fully en buffe, her panties having been removed. No full frontal nudity, as she remains on her tummy. IIRC, some crisis or other occurs, and he leaves her there for the other prostitute on the premises to release. A bit later on Ms. Field's character is grabbed and given a handgag while her assailant tries to force her to sniff some drug up her nose. |

Record number: 15356 Title: Red (2010) Medium: Movie Actress: Mary-Louise Parker Description: The first scene has Parker sitting in the backseat of a car with a large strip of duct tape over mouth. Her wrists are duct-taped in front. She makes a lot of muffled speech during this scene. The next scene has Parker sitting on a bed, arms spreadeagled and tied to the headboard with her legs tied together in front, and another large piece of duct tape over mouth. The tape gag is applied on-screen, and she actually tries to dodge the gag when her kidnapper first tries to put it on. Not as much muffled speech this time around. Same scene trying and succeeding to get her hands free. With her legs still bound, she hops off the bed, her breasts bouncing nicely, and you get a quick view under her very short skirt, plus she's wearing tights. She also wears knee-high black boots, and prior to the first scene, she had stripped a little, taking off a coat and another shirt. Not long after the second scene, she's injected with a knockout drug. All of this happens within the first 30 minutes of the movie (assuming you view it without commercials, either on the original theatrical release or on DVD). Toward the end, Parker, who is being held hostage by rogue CIA, is taken to meet Willis and his cronies for a swap. Her hands are cuffed in front in several shots. She has her hands tightly clasped as if she's used to wearing handcuffs. |

Record number: 21631 Title: I Know Where Lizzie Is (2016) aka Kidnapping Lizzie: Nightmare Visions Medium: TV Movie Actress: Madison Iseman Description: Lifetime flick about a missing teen, Lizzie (Iseman), who is kidnapped by a couple looking to extort ransom from her rich parents. The scene begins at 9mins, when Lizzie is busy texting on a bridge at night. She is grabbed from behind by Henry, the male of the duo, who chloroforms her with a blue cloth; good mmpphhing and struggling before he carries her away over his shoulder. At 17mins, Tracy (Nadia Bjorlin), the villainess who is scamming everyone by claiming to be a psychic, explains to police that she can "see" Lizzie; in brief flashes she is shown sitting on a bed, hands bound by her sides with cloth straps, and gagged with a wide strip of duct tape. We see Lizzie properly at 27-27mins, now ungagged, and being fed by the duo who both wear creepy masks around her. Not feeling co-operative just yet, the cute blonde spits out the spaghetti-Os given to her, but accepts some juice. The latter was actually laced with a sleep drug, so she goes out like a light during her feisty tirade of threats as to what her daddy will do to them. She is awake at 40-43mins, again tape gagged. Henry watches over her, but feels nice enough to peel off the tape. Lizzie is no longer in a bad mood, so their conversation is relatively friendly. Tracy, however, is not feeling as friendly. After a falling-out with Henry over the ransom plans, she pays a visit to Lizzie (who is still ungagged) at 50mins and angrily tightens the straps. For good measure, she re-gags her with another strip of tape, leaving her alone to mmpphh helplessly. At 53-54mins, Lizzie continues mmpphhing and squirming against the straps. She manages to get one hand free, ungags herself, and escapes from the room by smacking Henry upside the head with a food tray. He catches up to her at the front door of the house soon after, dragging her back upstairs kicking and screaming. The scene essentially ends at 1hr 12-13mins, when Lizzie is again chloroformed by Henry and placed (unbound) into a car trunk. She is later found unharmed offscreen.
