Gagthegirl@yahoo.com Don't you think it's a little unfair to major john, damselindistress.net, chloroformdgirls, film fantasy and aes that you are selling thier material when it is still available on their own websites??? Some material might be covered by copyright laws that will get you in BIG trouble... Think you might want to rethink this sale? |

Stealing is still stealing, whether you think you can get away with it or not. Selling other people's work to put money in your own pocket is sleazy, even though the risk of getting punished is low. |

So what you're saying is that if I subscribed to a PAY bondage website, then made my own cd collections of videos I downloaded from that said pay site & sold them online, that wouldnt be stealing??? I'm sorry but you are wrong. And furthermore, I myself might want to notify the above site's webmasters & let them know what's going on here. This is exactly what happened to sites like Underground.Com & other fine sites. And it's people like you that killed them off. I for one won't let that happen again if I can help it... |

For all you new guys wondering about the quick Discussion humour post that was a humourous discussion on old AG: A few years back the Blues were playing the Sharks in the playoffs and there was an arrest of Blue's Mike Danton and a whole pile of media rumours about a bisexual love triangle gone wrong and a weird "go to the Police station to meet hitmen to kill him plot" Something about calling from San Jose, US to St Louis US let the FBI get in and tape calls, with Danton telling a guy he loves him, but still no one admitting to this but St Louis gal Katie Wolfmeyer. [Police are sure it's the players agent] MVP has tweaked her going to the police station to meet hitmen- to stealing the teddybear cam sex tapes. == There only rumours (lots of rumours) and an FBI tape to Danton's "switch hitting", no third Blue admitting to a threesome with Katie Wolfmeyer and Danton. MVP tweaked it with the team pretty boy (Kristen Booth's fancy), in the court admitting to a threesome with his teammate "Damon" and the gal. As upto he playing proper for her, it's humourous when he goes up to the conservative Kristen after he testifies. SMACK! == Figured they have fun with this real life soap in a TV Movie, or show. Get a beer in hand, sit down and laugh |

> media rumours about a bisexual love > triangle gone wrong > St Louis gal Katie Wolfmeyer. **** "No nook" really playing the Crown, or whatever the Crown equivalent is down there in Missouri. Had so much fun with this on AG figured Brian can sit down with a beer and watch the lawyer go get "Miss Muffet!" ****** Sorry, looked this up on CBC site. Assistant U.S. Attorney. Assistant U.S. Attorney Stephen Clark He didn't buy Defence argument that Katie was your typical church going girl that does threesomes and hires hitmen. "Don't be fooled by Miss Muffet"?? No nook lady wins, but they lost in real life. Katie is back to dumping bodies off riverboats? |

Sure it would. If we're talking commercial scenes, you'd be stealing from the producers, and it would be actionable. If we're talking mainstream scenes, you'd also be stealing from the producers -- but with compilers like Mai Li or Stephanie or I committing the original crime, which would be convenient for you in that we'd be sued first. (Mai Li and I have had our differences with respect to how much legal claim on someone else's copyright we might have on the basis of feeding that someone's scene through a video editor, but that's a whole different discussion.) Stephanie's absolutely correct on this much: once a DVD has been sold through retail, neither the retailer nor the original artist has any say in how it gets resold by the buyer. If you believe otherwise, call your local DA and urge him to press charges against the proprietor of the local used-CD store. Please record and post the ensuing laughter. The world can always use more laughter. |

Shouldn't be Raffy, believe it part of Unsigned concern? When I've sent you something and you've posted it for the boys, you should get an "atta boy!" If someone takes it, he should give you the original attaboy credit What leads to his comment, ***** that killed them off. I for one won't let that happen again if I can help it... ****** We both know guys whom said "taheckwithit" due to above lack of credit, or something. Recall one guy describing some here as "The Jackals"? Suppose "Unsigned" knows about that too |

(I'm seeing 2 different posters? Or am I?) I'm reading 2nd Unsigned poster as making his own DVDs of commercial sites and concerned the original site will say taheckwithit. 2 Unsigneds, both correct with what they posted, 1 Stephanie talking about a "sale" What with it that women & "sale" seem to pop up in every conversation? Worse than talking to your wife |

It's scary enough to do this sometimes without "supporters" threatening to "help." I have a *very* slim case to make on the fair-use front under the DMCA, and it would take a world-class attorney to make it. Unless Unsigned Poster is prepared to foot that bill, I must thank him for his concern and respectfully ask him to find a different cause. |
