Spoiled Damsels
What are the best DiD scenes with the pampered, rich type girl?

For me the ultimate rich girl scene was from As the World Turns where Dusty, the rough-around-the-edges good guy, kidnaps Lucy, the spoiled little rich girl, for her own protection. It features a hot-as-hell damsel, Peyton List (latter of Mad Men and--for readers of this board--Shuttle fame), and it has all the classic elements: she is young, indignant, arrogant, rude, and overly-confident; he is older, firm and in-control. It also includes on-screen tying and tape-gagging and some great dialogue:

Lucy: This place is falling apart. It's gross.
Dusty: It's got no mini bar, no maids, no chocolate for your pillow.

Dusty: Where you going?
Lucy: I'm going home.
Dusty: No. Sit down and shut up.
Lucy: You can't speak to me like that!
Dusty: You're not calling the shots. You're taking orders from me.

Lucy: Too tight!
Dusty: That's too bad. You want to act like a spoiled brat. You're going to be treated like a spoiled brat.

And my favorite...
Lucy: You can't keep me like this forever.... You know, I graduated yesterday, top of my class.
Dusty: Ok. Congratulations.
Lucy: I can get out of here, and when I do the first I'm going to----MMMPPPHH!

Now for the tragic part of the story. Sadly, I've never, ever seen a decent print of this scene. And for a crazy reason.

I remember the day it aired. They had been teasing it all week, so I'd been sacrificing precious brain cells by tuning in day after painful day. Then, right at the beginning of the episode when she was to finally gets the treatment, President Reagan died and the show was pre-empted! I don't want to get into politics, but let's just say it was yet another reason he is not my favorite former President.

On the upside, the historical significance of the day makes it easy to pinpoint: June 5, 2004. I occasionally still search for a better video from of that episode, but I've never found anything above LQ.

Having said that, I'll certainly post the links in the Video section for the LQ version that I've found. It's short but sweet, with less than a minute of actual gag-time. But it remains my favorite anyway.

Upcoming iCarly scene?
I was flipping through next week's TV listings and I saw an interesting description for next week's iCarly... it's called "iRescue Carly" and it's described thusly...

"Carly gets in trouble when she ignores Sam's warning about a pal who was recently released from a juvenile-detention facilty."

Now I don't know if it's trouble of the "Carly goes to prison and has to get bailed out" type, or the "Carly gets kidnapped and bound and gagged" type, but the description is quite promising.

Inquiry
Might be a little bit off topic, but are there any forced to strip scenes lately? Preferably the bank robbery ones where alot of people were asked to strip

Keira Knightley - Pirates of the Caribbean 1. The scene wasn't that good, but her character definitely fits the scheme.

Also, almost every Disney princess ever in distress (I think Keira also fits in that category).

My memory makes it even worse than you described. The news interruption was not Reagan's death, but it was several days after that. They cut in to show the casket being loaded onto a place in D.C. for the flight to Calif.

The scene on the east coast was cut right after he gagged her in the closeup.

Peyton had another great scene in "Shuttle."

3 more caps. That pink dress was also memorable.
