| Over on the all crime TV channel HLN, there are some preview commercials for another season of the show Very Scary People. Starting up on July 12, there are some very vivid still shots of (probably) a woman's hands and feet securely tied together. This is no doubt from an episode about the BTK Killer. While these "Forensic Files" type of shows usually show just shorter glimpses of b/g activity, IMO will still be worth at least checking out. |

The actress portraying Mary Jenkins, the murdered woman, is uncredited in both the episode end credits and the IMDb (after all, she had no speaking lines), and her identity remains a mystery. The episode features a number of full-body shots with her bound-behind hands clearly visible, plus some close-up shots, and a superb camera pan from her bound ankles to her bound wrists. She remains bound, gagged, and hogtied for about five minutes while the detectives make their observations and deductions. |

| Trying to find a scene from a memory (Dream Theater fans, big up!)......Movie from 2000 onwards or likely in the past 15yrs, dark tone & might be horror, takes place indoors, brunette police or detective chick in uniform, tape gagged, standing up & bound to a fence, dies by either a bomb going off or being set on fire by a nasty captor who really doesn't like her. That's all I've got, yet I know it's in my collection. |
