Could you narrow it down a bit, like - not gagged vs gagged only (which type of gag is preferred) - single damsel / multiple damsels / damsels mixed with males - standing only vs lying AoH / sitting AoH / suspended by wrists - wrists tied together or arms spread apart etc. |

| I recently posted about an episode of the defunct and short-lived series When the Whistle Blows which guest-starred Barbi Benton, the Playmate. In the episode, she is kidnapped while wearing a bikini, but shown later bound and gagged in street clothes. I asked about other apparel discontinuities, and someone mentioned the infamous Knight Rider episode featuring Robin Dearden. I'd now like to ask another question. Can anyone think of a reason for them, or explain them? Why would an actress be bound and gagged in clothing different from what she was captured in? This seems to be an egregious logical fallacy. One reason I can think of for Barbi Benton's example would be that the director or some network executive might've thought that a beautiful woman bound and gagged in a bikini might be too extreme for television. Perhaps Barbi Benton herself voiced an objection to it. |

After she is kidnapped, her captor forces her to wear a bikini. She asks him why she has to wear one, and he replies that he likes women in bikinis and that she can't hide a weapon while wearing one. Unfortunately, she is bound and gagged BEFORE she wears the bikini. |
