| Saturday June 28 01:36:00 2025 The Banished 2025 |
| Australian scenes are few and far between; but when we do get one from them it's usually pretty memorable. Effective bonds and gags et cetera. Trailer's out for a new Aussie horror film The Banished. Looks like a cross between Wolf Creek and Wrong Turn. Red-headed cutie Meg Eloise-Clarke travels into remote bushland in search of her missing brother and runs afoul of the usual canvas-hooded inbreds. Trailer shows Meg bound to a tree with tight thin cords around her body and across her neck. No gag but if she gets one at some point it will no doubt be impressive. Worth keeping an eye on... |

I have no way of knowing whether it involved a professional rigger, but the bondage on Mika Hijii in the Scott Adkins movie "Ninja" was certainly complex enough to have been done or supervised by an expert. |
| Saturday June 28 07:33:08 2025 Flawless kidnappings |
| Are there examples of scenes where the entire ordeal goes pretty much perfectly for the captor? The damsel doesn't escape and stays where the captor has indended. And the ordeal only ends when the captor decides and once they have achieved their goal. Or if not perfectly at least examples were everything goes as planned aside from some minor misteps. So at least around 80-90% goes according to the captor's plan? |
| Saturday June 28 07:51:42 2025 Database scenes without details |
| I may be a little late to the discussion, but I have a suggestion to make. Like many others here, I welcome every database entry, including those "Based on a vidcap". Please continue adding to the database, even if you have little information. Also, "Based on a vidcap" is certainly worth mentioning. Just leave the "no other information available" part out. Even if that is true at the time the entry is created, it can change any moment and so has no real informational value. |

| Saturday June 28 08:03:56 2025 Old soaps posted on yt |
| Isn't it a nice development that some TV stations are now posting their old soap opera episodes on the net? I have noticed The Bold And The Beautiful (USA), Plus belle la vie (France), Neighbours (AUS) and Shortland Street (NZL), there may well be more. So everyone who knows of a scene in these or vaguely remembers something from their childhood days, can now go searching. |

Occasionally they have a movie club exclusive that only premiers on there. They haven't had one in a while but a few of the exclusives have produced scenes. |

| Saturday June 28 16:46:11 2025 please help ID this scene |
| I found a scene that I downloaded some time ago but I have no idea where it's from. I hope these image links work: https://imgur.com/a/train1-BDp9Wh5 https://imgur.com/a/train2-23eABYV In the scene, villain girl wearing a police uniform finds a girl named Kelly in the shower. Villain girl has a knife. In the next scene from the clip, villain girl has cuffed/tied Kelly as in the pictures. There is a couple minutes of villain dialog. Men (the good guys) are looking for them. It seems like they are in a train car in an old railway yard. Kelly finally is able to kick the villain girl and get away from her and run outside the train car, into the arms of one of the good guys, and the scene ends. |

All the Lifetime movies stream for free for about a week on the web site, so usually plenty of time to obtain the scenes. I think they were doing some "originals" that only aired online but I don't think they're still doing that, but not sure. |
